Excellent service and experience right from the beginning to end. I obtained 3 quotes prior to making my decision and Trust Build was the most cost efficient of the 3. Not one company came close to the expertise, thoroughness and patience of Leon at Trust Build in explaining the products, procedure and answering my questions. I had all the windows and two doors in my home replaced. The install was done by Slava and his quiet professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. He worked long hard hours to get it done with minimum disruption to our family life. I was very impressed with Leons after sales service as well. He was very responsive and attentive. I was so impressed with Leon, Slava and the whole team at Trust Build that I have referred other projects to them and will continue to do so.

As a side note, I had someone visit my home who, unknown to me at the time, had been the window business for over 40 years. He looked at the product quality and installation asked about the overall price and then proceeded to compliment my choice of windows and Trust Build, which just solidified and confirmed my opinion and decision to work with them.

TrustBuild is an incredible company with great service and outstanding products. From office staff to the installers, all were very professional and courteous. They took accurate measurements, showed up on time on installation dates. The entire installation was fast, clean and completed with perfection. We were very happy with the overall experience, and would highly recommend this company!

We found that Leon the project manager was extremely professional from the start. He took his time to explain the qualities and benefits of fiberglass doors. The installers were very skilled and took great care to the job without rushing. They truly are amazing craftsmen. Cleaned up and disposed of all the garbage. The doors turned out great . I recently changed all windows and front door of my house and had taken a quote from 5 different companies, the most economical was trust build. There was a slight delay in delivery, but the finished product and the service provided by trust build was amazing. Zameer and team did a fantastic installation and Alex overseen the whole process and was extremely courteous . The other team members, Iliya and Irina also did a commendable job. I had installed coloured windows and after the installation, the whole look of my house changed. Trust build also helped in applying for the energy grant, which had been approved. Thanks to Alex and team for providing wonderful product and friendly service.

After going through the process of scheduling a few companies to give us a quote on a complete window replacement, we decided to ultimately go with Trust Build. Alex D. showed up, and presented us with different options. He was very professional, and friendly. He answered all our questions with confidence and responded in a very timely manner. He recommended an Energy Advisor, and even the advisor was very friendly, and responds in a very prompt manner.

As for the install of the new windows, we cannot be more thrilled with the finished product. There is no draft coming from the windows anymore, and we even noticed how much the noise from outside as been reduced! They look fantastic.

Happy overall with the product and service. After working for two days, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the house and the backyard. The owner (Alex) was present most of the first day to ensure work is performed up to standard and to mentor junior resources. As a sign of good will, he dropped few days later to order and replace broken main entrance threshold installed by another supplier. I would recommend TrustBuild.
