I called this company based on reviews. They were able to find a tech and within the hour Roman was here. Roman was friendly, professional, responsible and fun. Roman helped me decide what to do and we agreed on a price. Roman was able to replace my very old garage door the same day and even stayed to 9:30. Roman explained maintenance for the new door, cleaned up and took away the old parts and door. I had a very positive experience, and would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Roman!

I needed an immediate repair on my garage door spring and called around first for quotes and availability. After 5+ companies couldn't come for a couple days I tried Premium Door Service. They went out of there way to find a employee near us who could quickly take a look after their job was done. Within an hour I received a call of Roman on the way. He was very friendly and the free quote was reasonable compared to other companies who priced it out $400+. Will definitely suggest this company to anyone who is in need of an exceptional garage door service company. Thank you for taking the time to make sure we were helped that very day!

Roman's service was excellent! He came out and did a detailed estimate, explained everything and all the options very well, I came to a decision, he gave me a price, done deal.. His expertise and professionalism was outstanding, but the best part was that he was very respectful, friendly and funny.
The next day he called and explained that he had an evening opening in his schedule and wondered if I was interested in replacing the garage door that night. I said sure. He was there in 20 minutes! He removed the old door, (a double garage door) installed the new one, a new opener, cleaned up, and gave me a demonstration on all the features of the new door and the opener.... in 4 and a half hours!! Hardest working guy I've come across in a long time! The door works perfect! SO quiet! Looks awesome too!

Roman came out and did the estimate on installing a high lift door, and 2 new openers the same day I called him. Work was scheduled for the first business day following the Canada day long weekend. He was there when he was supposed to be and even though he was short one man he got the work done in one day. It took him 11 hours working on his own but he stuck it out and got it done.

The price came out at exactly what he quoted $1690, plus tax. I chose these guys out of three quotes, one higher by $100, one lower by $150 because of the detail in the quote and some additional upgrades to rollers and springs that Roman discussed that the other two had not.

Work was very well done, cleaned up well behind himself and good attention to detail. Would definitely use these guys again.
