The workers come in the evening before the job started and moved the furniture and packed boxes out of the office area. They called on the day of the job, big snow day, and confirmed that they were coming but were caught in traffic. They arrived, helped to clear the snow from the door, and got to work. They had questions and took time to explain why they were asking the questions. With the snow, they did get a late start and after checking to ensure that someone was able to stick around worked through to ensure that the job was completed to satisfaction and then moved the furniture and boxes back into the office.

We recently moved into a 20 year old house that had neglected a basement mold issue. I became sick from the mold. We had the air quality tested and determined the source of the mold was from several cracks in the basement walls where moisture came in. Healthy Home Services removed moldy insulation, cleaned the basement of mold, repaired all cracks and reinsulated fully. The job is a long process but they worked consistently. We are very satisfied with the work completed. Gabriel knows what he is doing and his team was reliable.

Following an infestation of mice in the ceiling of our basement, we contacted several local companies for advice on how to remedy the
situation. Gabriel provided a prompt site visit and answered all of our questions pertaining to the removal and disposal of the contaminated insulation. Without hesitation we decided to work with Gabriel and his team who provided excellent service from start to finish. Gabriels team cleaned and isolated our HVAC while safely removing the ceiling tiles and insulation, spray-treated the studs and joists, wiped down and hepa vacuumed all of our surfaces and basement storage. Gabriel and his team were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful in carrying out the work and we look forward to working with them on our next basement project.

The staff at Healthy Home Centre are professional, and very hard working. They were also respectful of our home, taking care of it while working. They also clean up after the are done their work very carefully. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer questions. I highly recommend this company.

Gabriel gave the advice and help I needed to remediate a huge mold problem in the basement of a small older home I had just purchased. Water had been getting into the basement for years. Gabriel and his team were quick to assess the problems, come up with a quote and then carry out the remediation immediately. The basement was unrecognizable once they were through with it - so clean and bright - with no moldy smell. It passed the final air quality test with flying colours. Gabriel was also full of good advice about measures to take to ensure the mold did not come back. These guys were great!

We found mould in our unfinished basement and Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job of getting rid of old insulation, cleaning the entire basement thoroughly, and installing the appropriate insulation afterwards. They also repaired cracks in the foundation and helped proactively address areas that could become problematic if left alone.
