Arrived when he said he would, was very practical and cost conscious in analyzing the problem and suggesting alternatives to address to deal with the problem left by prior home owner. Did a very professional job and left the jobsite clean and tidy. Will be my first call for any future eaves issues. And a nice guy to boot....

First of all, Russ communicated well. I never had to wonder when/what date/what time.
He appeared to be meticulous and caring about the quality of his work, and ensured he took extra efforts to deal with any unusual issues. The house has unusual slope, not really visible to the eye. Russ reviewed the work after the first rainfall and found sitting water - he ensured he made the correcting adjustments to gutter slope and now the gutters all drain after rainfall. I have a Mountain Ash tree at one corner of my house. The berries, leaves and twigs from it had gradually clogged the eavestrough so that barely any water would get through to the downspout, and it would end up overflowing from the eavestrough.

Ladders and I are not a good combination and I knew it was time to get the gutters cleaned properly.

I called Guttermedik after reading their reviews on Homestars and I am very glad that I did. Today with the rain we got I hadn't seen that amount of water flowing from the downspout for years.
