Appointment confirmation was done online and the timing window was very specific . Not the usual half day. Technician arrived on time. He worked efficiently and allowed me to satisfy my curiosity about the internal workings of a gas fireplace.

The company was very professional in scheduling appointments and during the service visit. All work was completed quickly, and I am very happy with their work. The price was slightly expensive.

Akin arrived on time. I showed him the locations of the fireplaces and he got straight to work.
He vacuumed, touched up the paint and cleaned the glass and replaced a battery on the remote.

Had my gas fireplace cleaned - it was the first cleaning in two years and I had my hardwood floors sanded the previous year. The technician was friendly and did a great job. He cleaned everything up and left everything the way he found it. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked efficiently. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to others.
