Royal Innovation Deck Builder

We selected Royal Innovation after interviewing 5+ deck companies with solid reviews on Home Stars. Working with Royal Innovation has been an absolute pleasure! In today's environment, getting a hold of contractors and completing a big construction project can be a nightmare. But Royal Innovation was different - from the initial consultations, to helping source the best composite product to suit our taste, and the thoroughness in the construction process, the entire team gets an A++. We have zero regrets in choosing this deck construction company. I hope to not have to build another deck for a very long time, but if I ever do, I'm calling Royal Innovation!

This review is well overdue. My apologies guys! We wanted to get the full setup completed. We couldn't be happier. We had met Adam in April, and were already on a tight deadline as we wanted to celebrate our Daughter's first birthday in the backyard (with everything still being closed.) Adam was more than accommodating to try and get it done in time. His team of Blaire and Travis were fantastic and worked with us regarding some changes we wanted to do (ie: planters on one side)

We did wrap around steps and photo frame. The workmanship from the beginning was fantastic from the dig up of the previous area, to helical footings install, to the finishing touches. The guys were kind enough to make us a small sandbox for our Daughter which she absolutely loves! Job was completed in under a week and Travis and Blaire even worked into the evening on the final day to accommodate the deadline.

We couldn't be more appreciative and thankful, have got a lot of compliments since completion.

We plan to use Royal Innovation again for our front porch, and also our small breakfast balcony.

We are thrilled with how our deck turned out. Royal Innovation has done an amazing AMAZING job!! They really care about their clients and pay close attention to the fine details. From start to finish the owner and workers were very professional, and follow up with all my concerns and explained clearly to finish! They also provided a company for me to designed the deck to ministry standards, and the company guide me through the process until finish.
Finally, they workers were very clean and cleaned up mess after their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

I chose Royal Innovation from the HomeStars reviews and a recommendation from a friend who used them. I wasn’t disappointed. Adam was patient and knowledgeable. Answered my questions (I had lots!) quickly. Project Manager, Jonathan, was exceptional. Attention to detail and positive can do attitude even when I made several changes. When the old deck was removed he pointed out several issues - worn electrical wire to the hot tub and faulty drainpipe - which were not related to the project. He takes pride in his work and made sure I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Royal Innovation. Enjoying the deck right now!

The team at royal innovation did a spectacular job on our deck. They also did our interlock which looks gorgeous. People can see our deck from the park beside us and continue to ask for their contact number because it looks so good.

They are easy too work with and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They listen and made sure they understood what we wanted. I highly recommend them!!

I was in need of replacing my 35 year old deck. I met with Adam at Royal Innovations. He was very knowledgeable, and made me aware of some new ideas to improve upon my previous deck.

Where does one start when describing an experience that was perfection you ask? You begin with a company and crew like Royal Innovation and a dreamy deck as a result. The meticulous attention to detail, the reliability and punctuality of the crew, the professionalism and overall greatness was inspiring. These guys kept their word on quality, scheduling and cost. It was an absolute pleasure working with Adam and team from Royal Innovation, they were always super responsive and very considerate of all our questions and concerns regarding (at least to me) such a big project.

When we first started gathering quotes, Royal Innovation was the first to show up, do an in-depth in-person meeting, actually look at the job site and measure everything before providing a detailed and itemized quote.

We wanted a two level deck for our middle unit town home, we were immediately set up with someone to design, create the technical drawings, and handle the entire permit process with the City of Toronto.

the builders who showed up were professional and respectful of social distancing measures in the house and handled some unexpected issues beautifully, without me really having to get involved.

We are super happy with the end result and would gladly recommend Royal Innovation to everyone.
