Locksmith Express Toronto

Called Locksmith Express yesterday to repair our exterior door handle. Rado responded immediately via text and requested a few pictures. He suggested either a fix using a repair kit with new innards or a replacement. We opted for the first option and secured the kit ourselves. Rado came today and fixed the lock. It is now functioning as a brand new lock. Would highly recommend his services, as he was very responsive, knowledgeable and provided prompt service.

Radoslav did a fantastic job helping us understand which locks are the best for our house, recommended specific locks to buy and not buy and then came to install them quickly and efficiently. He is professional, polite and works very cleanly. We highly recommend Radoslav and Locksmith Express!

Contacted Rad and he responded in 10. Asked a few questions and provided a fair quote. Job was completed to a high standard in less than 24 hours from first contact. Also provided advise on another existing lock. Rad was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

I needed a smart deadbolt installed on a steel door in my basement. It was a fresh install; no holes in the door. I did not have the tools or skills to install it.

I was anxious about finding an honest person to do the job. Luckily I found Radoslav.

He was responsive, prompt and very nice. He quoted me a fair price and charged me what he quoted. He even showed me a few things when he installed it. To top it off, he noticed something wrong with my front door on the way out and took it upon himself to fix it.

We had a non-emergency, but Rado was still very quick to respond (the appointment was the next business day!), punctual for the appointment, and more than fair with pricing. In addition to replacing the number of cylinders and rekeying of locks mentioned in the original request, he also resolved a number of other alignment and sticky door situations.
