The guys were really great. Not only did they fix the issue really quickly at a reasonable price but they educated me on the best way to maintain my dishwasher so I could avoid the same issue and other related issues in the future. Great energy!!!

I cracked my new Samsung Induction oven stove top but Alex and Oleg can after I bought the part directly and had the new top installed and working in short order. They were both polite and friendly.!

Alex got back to me right away and came to my house to look at my washer. He wasn't able to fix it but was so thorough in his explanation that I still feel his services are top notch. Will definitely keep this contact on file for future and have already referred my neighbour for her stove! Great service, great rates. Thanks again.

Contacted Alex regarding a repair on our dryer. He returned my call right away and provided a competitive quote with being able to do the work quickly. After some consideration we decided to not repair our fairly old unit and bought a new dryer. Alex was very forthright about our possible repair costs and also gave me his perspective on some of the brands I was considering...confirmed what I was thinking. Technician took the time to explain everything he was doing in diagnosing the problem. Very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure that my interests and concerns were all taken care of. Went all out to ensure that i was happy and satisfied with the service. Definitely a contact service company to keep handy.

Alex and Oleg provided excellent customer service and were honest about the cost up front. They accommodated my schedule, explained the problem, and fixed my fridge quickly. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Man with a Wrench.

Oleg and his partner showed up on time and did a thorough job installing our new Bosch. Despite the spacing specs being identical to our old machine this new unit took up a little more space but this did not prove a problem with a little handiwork.

I was ready to throw away the fridge. Warranty just expired and I didn't want to deal with any of it. Living in a condo is about convenience and I was planning on getting a new fridge. I was curious to see if it was fixable. And what do you know. It was and for much less than I thought. Long story short, give Alex a call. He'll take care of you.

I called this company at 8pm and to my surprise somebody answered the phone right away. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions precisely and also asked very specific troubleshooting questions. I was impressed at how knowledgable the phone operator was.

The next morning Alex and another young man (I am sorry I forgot your name) showed up. They came 10 minutes early but offered to wait until our agreed upon time for my convenience, I appreciated that.

Alex fixed my Miele dishwasher quickly and efficiently. I was surprised how easily he did it, since I have heard from all my friends that very few appliance repair companies are willing to repair Miele products.

The other young man (again sorry!!) had a more difficult time with the Samsung fridge. They said this happens often and that nobody should ever buy a Samsung fridge (unfortunately I had not met these two before). It took them over an hour to fix it.

At the end I was provided a digital invoice and paid with my credit card on the spot. The entire process was easy and painless.
