I found Upscale Hardwood Flooring great to deal with right from the beginning--very accommodating. They were meticulous during the installation of the hardwood, ensuring that each piece was cut and fit perfectly. If there was a piece that I was not happy with because of the way grain looked, they were happy to remove and replace it for me. The end result is a fantastic job. My new hardwood floors are stunning! They are also very mindful and respectful of not damaging any property and they left my place looking clean and with everything back in its place.
