Sales associate Krikor K. was helpful, courteous, informed. Made the whole experience effortless. I purchased a floor model, so he made sure I had all info about the product, including sending photos taken in store.
Delivery of product was on time as scheduled and professionally done.

Had a Samsung dishwasher, bad warranty service, numerous service calls postponed. we needed a change and went to CAS. We got excellent service, very smart and good advice, obtained delivery soon after the purchase. Krikor the sales person was great and explained all the options and his guidance was worth more than gold. He took the time and showed me all the models and the differences. We also discussed in depth the differences between GE and Bosch and all the other makes. For the price and the Bosch quality I paid a very good price and definitely will be going back when I need something else. This is the first salesperson that told me he is working to create relationships rather than going for the huge sale. Because he could of sold me something much more expensive but he did not. From now on he will be getting all my business.
