Adam And the crew did an excellent job. Very professional and came when they said they would. Offered suggestions when requested but made sure what I wanted and that I was happy with the job! Would recommend this company.

This was for a fence of just 45 feet. Ian and his team came out in person to provide a quote. It was better than any of 3 others I had from local places (other companies either wanted far, far more, or said they needed more feet for it to be worth their while). He put us on the list to fit in to June. End of the month he came out - the timing was rough for me, my father had just passed the week before. Service was this week, but he worked with us to do the job in a day and a half, ensuring we had a fence for guests that would be to the house after the service. Who does that? Really? Who goes out of their way that much. Friendly, professional, and quality workmanship. I need front steps done - I am going back to them for that too.

Our stone walkway was falling apart so Adam and Ian came to replace our walkway with a cement walkway. They were very professional and kind and went above and beyond to help us with an overgrown tree as well for a great price while waiting for the cement to dry. Is there nothing these guys can't do? Thanks to both Ian and Adam we are looking forward to using their services again

Although my repair was relatively small, Adam and Ian treated it as if it was a complete rebuild of my fence, when in fact all that was needed was a new post and gate. Right from the initial call for a quote to the actual repair itself, I was given 5 star service.

Structural Restoration Systems are a friendly team. Communication was always accurate. They provided a professional service. The workmanship was of high quality. There was no mess. We have no complaints and have requested them to do more work at another property.

I wish to thank both Adam who came to assess the situation with our ensuite shower and come up with a game plan on repairing the leak and the damage caused and Eric who performed the repairs. Adam had deduced that water was getting through the grout around the shower sill(threshold) from inside the shower and that the sill had not been installed properly in the first place allowing water to escape to the outside. This caused the adjacent wall on either side of the door to deteriorate to the point whereby causing mould. Eric came on the scheduled day and time as promised and completed the repairs on time all the while updating me as he went along. Their pricing for the job was both responsible and competitive. I just preferred their plan of attack.
I would definitely recommend to all to give them a try. You will not be disappointed. I plan on calling them again.

It was only a small project, but Ian and his team did such a fantastic job on our partial fence installation. The workmanship is fantastic, and they were able to install much sooner that I had thought they would. Ian was in constant contact with me, and answered every single one of my questions. Couldn't be more happy with the outcome and Structural Restoration Systems would be my first call for any other jobs I have!

Ian and SRS did an excellent job of building a new fence, putting in a new driveway, and clearing the old shed and junk from the backyard. Despite my unusual requests and quite rigorous specifications, SRS fulfilled my requirements and made my backyard look much better than I expected it would. They listened to what I was asking for, checked with me while doing the work and, in response, made modifications in the ongoing work. They were very pleasant to work with; I would recommend them without hesitation; and I expect to hire them for additional work next spring. Thanks again for the work!

Ian and Adam were very professional from start to finish. I had water leaking into my basement during the big thaw. Ian came and identified the problem quickly - crack on my basement wall.

Even though it was a small job, he did not forget about my problem, and kept the promise, he was also able to accomodate my not so flexible schedule.

On the day of repair, they came on time and fixed the problem efficiently. There were couple heavy rain falls since then, and I did not see a problem yet. I really hope it lasts.

Overall, I would definitely recommand their service, and will use their service again for future project.

Structural Restoration Systems was one of the very best contractors I have worked with in more than 25 years of renovating at my home! I called Adam, explained what I wanted, arranged for a quote and he made time to see me the very same day. He was friendly, polite, professional, easy to work with as I made arrangements for my neighbour and myself for a very reasonable rate. Adam and his brother Ian came exactly when he said they would, the work was completed within the dates provided, careful of my existing stonework, clean-up was good and the brothers were extremely accommodating ... all within 2 weeks! We had a small issue with the gates to our yards and when I called Ian, no concern. Again, he came when he said, requested no additional payment and resolved our issues to our full satisfaction! An absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommend!
