I normally don’t write reviews...It was a great experience working with Ian from beginning to end; I had a lot of questions before committing & Ian was very patient & fast to reply. Both him & his brother Adam worked on waterproofing part of basement that was leaking & they kept us informed along the way. Overall excellent communication, kept work area tidy & strong work ethics. Price is very reasonable based on the end result & their level of professionalism. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Adam and his brother.

They took down an old wooden shed that was built on top of a corner of our basement, replaced the rotting joists underneath, waterproofed it (thereby fixing our leaky basement) and rebuilt a bigger, nicer shed, complete with siding matched to the house.
Adam's method is to work on one job at a time and complete it before moving to the next. Due to their being in such demand, we had to wait a couple of months from quote to finished job but we figured we had found the right company and were willing to wait.

Adam offered a detailed and competitive quote, answered any questions we had promptly and kept in touch with us during those weeks of waiting. He assured us he could work outside in winter weather to complete our job in 2020. He kept to his word and even worked through rain and snow. Each day they came at first light and worked hard throughout the day with a minimum of disruption to us, tidying the area each day before leaving. They adhered to COVID rules and wore masks on the few occasions they needed to enter our house.

It was definitely one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had in 22 years of home ownership and we look forward to working with them again on our next job!

Back in March 2020 the entrance way to our side door needed repair, as the floor was very old. Matt came to the rescue and did a great job with all new flooring. He also fixed a minor eaves-troughs issue I was having. They did a great job, and I'm looking forward to hiring their services for future upcoming projects.

I had to call many companies before finding SRS Toronto. Adam and his crew did an exceptional job for our fence. They are very professional and knowledgeable crew. I will hire their company for other work in the house. In short give this company a call and they will answer the call....

I called 3 or 4 companies (showing as recommended on HomeStars) and Adam was the only one who called me back. He was always prompt, professional and even got the job done a lot earlier than I expected (6 months earlier!). The work he and Ian did was fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend SRS to anyone looking to have work done around their home. They were quick and got the job done with no disruption to the neighbours and they cleaned up wonderfully. Please call Adam first before ANYONE!

We had Adam and his team into Reno our upstairs in 2019. When a tree fell in our backyard this summer and crushed some fencing I called Adam right away. They were booked until spring, but Adam managed to squeeze us in (which we are eternally thankful for). Adam and his crew were able to fix one fence that was damaged and build another beautiful privacy fence along our back property line in two short days. These guys are top notch. Professional, friendly, fairly priced and always leave the job site clean. We are moving to the Durham region soon (from Toronto) and I’m so happy they will be able to take on jobs at our new house. If you need a great crew, this is it.

I recently moved into a older house which needed a lot of repairs. Adam and Eric at Structural Restoration Systems completed all the repairs and did a great job. They were also able to complete everything on time. Eric is especially skilled at his work and his attention to detail results in a job well done. I would definitely recommend Structural Restoration Systems and I would hire them again.

We contacted SRS to quote on some repairs my wife and I knew needed to get done. Ian came out and immediately impressed us with his punctuality and courteousness. We were so impressed that we booked them to come as soon as possible to do the work and were pleasantly surprised when Ian brought Adam along with him to do the work. The job they did was excellent from the workmanship to the clean up to the little extras Ian did for us with no extra cost! We couldn’t have been happier and have already starting passing the SRS name along to friends who are looking at having some work done. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.
