Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a bed which came 3 months late. The pieces didnt fit together. No one from customer service has answered any of my emails over the last 3 months, no one answers their customer care phone number. I have wasted hours of my life sitting on hold because theres a high volume of calls. Its a joke. I have also called both their Toronto and Montreal locations to try to speak to someone, and when I call during the day, the answering machine says Im calling outside of business hours, or the phone line simply hangs up. I have this massive unusable bed repackaged and boxed up, and no one is available to answer me to help me get rid of it. Im at a complete loss and incredibly disappointed. Do not order from this company because if anything goes wrong, youre on your own. Adding photos of the pieces not fitting together
