I was so pleased with the service from Geoff! He removed an older hood fan that had not been installed properly, and was able to make improvements to the original installation and install a new hood fan. He was professional, personable, and I felt he was very honest. He was able to think outside the box to make the new range hood fan work, and he did not tack on any additional fees. I don't think anyone could have done a better job and as efficiently as he did. Tammy was a great assistant and very pleasant to deal with. I was so pleased with the work that I have already recommended Geoff to my son to install a new air conditioner down the road, and I will be installing a new energy efficient furnace next summer. I hope Geoff doesn't get so popular that I can't book him when I need him, but he deserves a super rating.

They had the heater installed exactly how I wanted it in 4 hours.

We had several quotes to purchase and install a 60,000 BTU Natural Gas heater in a 3 car garage. Some took 2 weeks to respond while Tinman Furnace returned our request to set up a visit for a quote within 24 hr. Then a time to visit the site and confirm access points for lines and exhaust within about a week as jobs allowed. We knew very shortly after speaking with them that they were the most likely to receive our business and they did not dissappoint. They quickly assessed what we needed and with a couple of weeks had their installers come to complete the job. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to check how lines could be run to be suit our needs. Overall, an outstanding experience with a Calgary company for installing a heater of this nature. We fully expect to recommend them for future work and will call them first when other issues arise.
