Premium Landscaping

Premium Landscaping was hired to makeover my backyard. Sylvio designed an in ground swimming pool with a patio, beautiful flowers and trees and a waterfall feature that looks absolutely incredible. Sylvio is so easy to talk to, always replies promptly and always answers your questions and solves any concern you may have. Sylvio never gets defensive when answering your questions and was just a pleasure to deal with. The crew led by Matt were always on time, professional, courteous and made my wife comfortable. They work all day and warp speed... when they said they would have this project done in 6 weeks, i said "great" but in my head thought "ya right!"... well, it was done in 5 weeks... i have friends who in 5 weeks didnt even get their pool kit yet. Premium Lanscaping is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for... and by no means were they the most expensive. I would refer Premium lanscaping to anyone; sad to see them go! but absolutely love my backyard and have spent more time in my backyard this summer than i did in 12 years combined.

My husband and I were looking for a qualified company to entrust with our vision for our backyard oasis. We kept seeing Premium Landscaping working in our neighborhood. After upon meeting Silvio and Matt from Premium Landscaping we knew we would be in good hands. Silvio was very patient with the many ideas/changes I would call him about. The project was handled exactly as it was explained it would be and they kept within the estimated timeline! The hardworking Premium Crew that worked on our project daily will forever be friends and welcomed to enjoy our backyard resort with us! Thank You Again!!

When we say 'this company is simply the best' it's an understatement. We came across them on instagram and fell in love wit their work, the first design meeting confirmed they knew exactly what we were looking for & wanted to work with us to make the perfect backyard/front yard. We agreed on the same things and it was a perfect match!
These guys worked throughout the crazy winter. EVERYDAY 9AM - 5PM or even longer some days, they would be here working. They didn't let snow stop them, they instead made fire in a barrel to keep warm and allow the snow to melt so they could work. That's dedication! I was worried about hiring someone and having to follow up about the work, but I NEVER once had to ask about progress as I saw it everyday! If you're looking for dedicated, clean, classy and high-end work, super involved in your vision - you need to contact Premium. The amount of people who stop by in front of our house and (believe it or not) take pictures and videos, is insane, that's how good they are.

To the whole Premium team - thank you for making our dream backyard! You all are super hard working and amazing people. Can't wait for our next project with you guys ;) BUT enjoying this one for now!

Silvio and his team were absolutely fantastic. They helped us create a plan for our backyard that worked within our budget and met all our timelines. The crews were very professional and cared deeply about the quality of work- which is excellent. Everyone was very responsive, answered all our questions and when issues arose, addressed them immediately. We will absolutely be using Premium Landscaping again for any future needs.

We cannot express enough just how impressed and overwhelmingly satisfied we are with Silvio and his team at Premium Landscaping. We shopped around for a while and met with other companies but Premium just seemed to be the right fit right from the start. From his professional yet warm demeanor, to his detailed business sense and expertise in his field, Silvio is who you need to work with if you are looking qualty service and beautiful results. Silvio is fair, honest and always a gentleman. Although we already had a landscape design before we met, he presented suggestions and ideas that we very much appreciated and were glad we implemented them. He is able to see the big picture and guided us with patience and understanding. The Premium crew was simply a joy to see everyday. They are all hard working, conscientious, polite and did amazing work. They were respectful of our neighbours and left a clean and tidy every night. I cannot say enough about these guys. They are amazing. Our job scope was large so we were together for a few weeks and became a special little family. We cannot wait to work with them again this spring for another project.

We worked closely with Silvio to plan our front yard, side walkway and backyard landscaping plan. Silvio created a beautiful design that matched our budget. He was their to offer guidance and expertise not only in the design, but our many questions along the way. He promptly answered solutions and answers as they arose. When the project began, the crew arrived ready to provide the best service and quality work. They arrived each day until the project was expertly completed. We were involved and consulted each step of the way. The crew were professional and courteous not only to us, but to our neighbours as well. Matt was always available to answer questions as we went along. Their attention to detail created a beautiful space for us to enjoy for many years to come. We would highly recommend Premium Landscaping to anyone! We can’t wait for them to come back for Phase 2 this spring!

Most people would choose a landscape contractor by either asking someone to refer a good contractor or searching the internet for a well reviewed contractor. I found Premium Landscaping by another way – by observing their work. Premium had started to do some work at one of my neighbours’ house and I could see their work from my bedroom window. I was right away amazed by their professionalism. I would hear their trucks come everyday at 7.00 am and they will work well into the evening. After speaking to my wife, I thought of asking them for a quote to do something in our own backyard. I called Silvio from Premium landscaping and from that point onwards I knew that I will not regret my decision of calling them. Silvio came for our initial visit the very next morning. After a quick chat on what we like, he presented us with a design. He presented us his very best at his reasonable price. His price estimate was well documented with what they will complete clearly listed. Now as any prudent person, I asked a few other contractors to come. I asked them to do what Silvio had shown in his design. Though their price was less, I soon noticed that most items that were listed in Silvio’s pricing estimate were add-ons for the other contractors. I knew that these other contractors will keep on increasing the price for every small thing I would need. But Silvio visioned everything I will need and had included that in the pricing estimate.
It was an easy decision. I called Silvio and said we would like for his team to come in and work on our backyard. Silvio brought a professional designer to measure and design every small detail of this project. His team showed up on the date they said they will come. They came in at 7.00 am and would work till 5.00 pm and sometimes even later. Their workers are all professional and quite friendly. They made sure every detail of our project was properly done. Once one of my neighbours approached me and said that we have chosen the best contractor in our area to work on our backyard. That made me feel happy and proud that I had made the correct decision to choose Premium.
My back yard looks amazing now. I have been complimented by my neighbours and my family and friends now choose to stay in the backyard rather than coming inside our home. No other contractor has matched Premium’s warranty period of 3 years. In most cases I have heard of contractors not picking up client phone calls after they receive full payment. Not with Silvio. Today, texted me and showed up with his team to stake the trees they had planted and winterize a water feature they built for us. This was not part of their contract with us, but they come and perform over and beyond with at is expected. Speaking about phone calls, you never need to call Silvio twice to follow up on something. He would pick up your phone call right away or will acknowledge your call with a text message and phone you back before the end of the day. I never had to call Silvio multiple times to get a hold of him.
So if you are reading this and considering a landscape contractor, then don’t think twice… Go with Premium. You will not regret your decision. Once they have finished their work at your home, it will be you who will be writing a glowing review on these guys. All the very best in everything you do Premium. We had a full scope of work completed by Premium Landscaping on both our front and back (and even side!) yards. Their high quality work, attention to detail, in depth knowledge, professionalism, resources, friendliness and enthusiasm all made our experience such an incredible one. They are fully committed and passionate with their projects and we were excited to see the progress that they made each day- rain or shine or even in 40 degree temperatures. If we ever had a question (we had tons) or had decisions to make (we had a few) we always felt comfortable in approaching any of the guys (on site or through text/phone). They always gave us the best objective advice. We have 2 young construction- loving children who watched as the Premium crew worked (from inside of course), and they learned all of their names. The Premium crew (as busy as they were) always took the time to talk to them and answer their ridiculous questions with a straight face. The guys even went so far as to educate our kids on plant species, or the steps involved in pouring concrete. The Premium crew - Silvio, Matt, Sam, John, Mike, Scott and others- these are all fantastic people and together they make the dynamic team that made all of our landscaping dreams come true. We cannot wait for Phase 2!

I don’t normally write reviews - good or bad but I really wanted to share my experience with Premium Landscaping. They provided the most exceptional customer service - they were always on time, polite, professional and did want ever was necessary to deliver the most beautiful end result. Things don’t always go as planned but Matt and his crew ensured that things were always done right. Silvio worked with me when I needed last minute changes, provided his guidance and expertise but stayed true to my vision. They truly provide a quality product and stellar customer service!!

Great and professional work , They came when they said they would ..!! and stayed on the job until it was done..Rare these days !! They made honest and fair recomaondations and proformed exactly what they said they would do , We are Super happy excited and the project looks great and we would use them again 100%
