Intermittently (at least once per day) my garage door was stopping part way when opening/closing, and increasing the opener’s up/down force made no difference. So I contacted Scarboro Garage Doors and they sent someone within an hour. The tech was a friendly courteous guy who tried everything to recreate the issue but mysteriously the door started working properly again, so there was nothing to fix aside from lubricating the rollers. We ran it through at least 10 cycles. It has worked fine in the 2 days since. I was only charged a nominal amount, half an hour’s service call, for his time. Would highly recommend.

From the initial quote, the interim fix of our broken garage door while we waited for the new ones, and the final installation, only 2 weeks after the quote. Basic repair of a busted spring. They fixed both, lubed up the door and we are off to the races.

We paid on line so there was very little face to face during the Covid time.

We had such a great experience with Scarboro Garage Doors! The spring on our existing door broke, unfortunately, just at the start of the "social distancing" period of Covid-19. We couldn't get our cars out of the garage and wanted to be able to for peace of mind in case we needed to get out for food or other essential needs. Greg at Scarboro Garage Doors quickly diagnosed our problem and scheduled Ryan, one of the technicians, to come out and replace the spring on the next business day. Ryan was super-sensitive to the health situation - he called upon arrival from outside the garage and completed the whole job in about 20 mins without our needing to even meet. He sent the invoice upon completion of the work and payment was super quick and easy.

From the first moment I stepped into the showroom on Morningside Avenue to our garage door installation, Greg, Chad & Tim were amazing to work with. Even when we had to replace one of the panels of our new door, they were quick to get the replacement and install it without any inconvenience to us.
