We had an issue with separation of the mortar from our Bricks on the front of our home. We contacted numerous companies and either the price was incredibly high or they were simply not interested in helping us. Brian was kind enough to come out. He understood our concerns and quickly had his team out to complete this job.

His staff were polite, friendly and professional. Brian gave them instructions and they followed them to the letter, they also asked me numerous time to inspect the work to ensure we were happy with how the job was progressing.

At the end of the day, they asked one more time to ensure nothing was missed. They left the work area tidy and clean (it was a very dusty job).

I needed part of my garage rebuilt, my chimney removed and some general repair to our house's exterior. Brian and his team were fast, extremely courteous, and did all they promised and more! I definitely recommend using Brian's Masonry!

Brian was referred to me by my roofer to look at my chimney and I ended up hiring him to do a complete porch restoration including an enlarged cantina. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work required saying it would take 7 days. The work was completed in 5! I was able to watch the progress day by day. His crew showed up early each morning and put in a full days work. I could witness first hand the quality of the installation and workmanship and am extremely happy with the final result.

I had a chimney in a highly deteriorated state that needed to be rebuilt from the roofline as well as damage to the bottom chamber. Brian came by and gave me a thorough explanation of the work that they were going to do. I was impressed with the level of detail given in the quote. It took two days for the crew to complete the repairs and am very pleased with their work. They even replaced additional bricks below the roofline when they discovered the damage had extended further than expected. Most excellent! And with the new stones my chimney is better than when it was new. Afterwards the job site was cleaned up even better than it was before having removed the debris from my crumbling chimney. All-in-all I am very happy with Brian and his crew and can entirely recommend them for anyone needing masonry done!

Brian and his team did excellent work taking down our chimney to the roofline. Our house is very close to our neighbours so getting to the roof was not easy but Brian and his team were able to get it done and take it down safely. They also patched up the roof with shingles that blended really well into our existing shingles. We had a few quotes for this job but Brians quote was competitive and we appreciated his responsiveness. We would recommend him.

Brian and his crew did an exceptional job in fixing the bricks on the front of our home. We had a huge problem with water coming in thru the flagstone at the top of the main window. His crew removed the bricks above the window to get behind it, they they applied an adhesive and blue skin material to prevent water coming into the house. In addition they put in new mortar and weep holes so that the water can exit out. When this was done they looked at the front and where there was loose mortar on the other bricks the grinded it down and added new mortar. To top it all off, they recommended that I added to downspouts to my existing eaves to ensure that water will not overflow and get onto the bricks. We tried to get the Eaves folks but they were all busy. To my amazement Brian and his crew picked up the necessary material and did it themselves. All this to make sure I was satisfied and the problem fixed. Can tell you that no other contractor would have gone above and beyond to ensure the client was this satisfied. Brian and his crew embrace customer care and job satisfaction with a passion you rarely see in the construction industry, they really care about customers and the care they show is something that goes above and beyond. I cannot say how grateful and thankful I am to Brian and his crew. Their passion, professionalism, care they bring to their work is unprecedented. They are the BEST of the BEST in every metric you can use to evaluate the work and service in the masonry industry. Want to add that their is no middle man between Brian and his crew, you work directly with him, he is on the job site to take care of his client, this ownership translates into a better job being done, i.e. the owner takes ownership.

We were looking for someone to do chimney repairs after a leak caused by the ice damming of the last snow storm. I found Brian on Google and called him to discus's using his services. He attended our home and immediately after looking at the chimney he knew what needed to be done. A few weeks later I received an estimate which I found to be fair and reasonable. On the day of repairs his crew showed up when he said they would and started with repairs which were completed the same day. The crew were great, very accommodating and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the garbage. I would not hesitate to use Brians and his team in the future when needed. Thank you Brian and your crew for a great job and experience.

They were most efficient, and pleasant to work with. I have no complaints and only praise for the work done, and at a reasonable price. Left the place tidy and neat. I was and am impressed - already recommended Brian's Masonry to others who need brick work done.

Brian was very professional, gave me a fair estimate for his service and was there same day to replace the sleeve in the chimney for my boiler. The chimney was full of rodent debris, he made sure that the chimney was clean top to bottom, and then made sure that no rodents could get back into the chimney and cause the same concern.

Brian came to install a new liner but first he had to clear out ana piece of the old flexi liner that was stuck in the chimney. In the end he had to open up a hole in the chimney which was inside the home. He chose the perfect spot to do that and pulled out the pieces of the old liner, installed a new liner and a vent on the roof and closed up with new bricks the hole in the chimney.
Paid attention to details and he completed the job as required.
