Just a moved into a Condo close to Square One and was shocked by the state of the place which needed a lot of cleaning. I ended up finding S&S cleanings online and figured I should try them out given the prices and how receptive they were to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality cleaners for their home.

S&S cleanings team was amazing! Super response and easy to work with - I spoke with Sophie over the phone and she couldn't have been nicer. We needed a move out clean for our apartment and we went over the entire booking process with me - couldn't have great experience

I hired Sophie and her team after having the hardwood floors refinished in my home.
The wood dust was everywhere! I had taken preventative measures to seal off my kitchen cabinets and removed all window coverings and upholstered items, but the dust covered everything that remained. Walls, ceilings...I mean everything was covered in dust. Sophies crew cleaned it all! Emptied closets when necessary, cleaned every item and returned them to spic and span shelves. Got into all those tough to reach places and small crevices. Dusted the ceiling...
Sophie really knows the proper way to get the work done and provided insight to both her team members and myself throughout the job.
I can not recommend them more highly.

The ladies showed up with no cleaning supplies I had to run around putting supplies together. Then 1 lady asked me an embarrassing question which referenced my weight. They came twice a wk that cost me approx. 600. After a few visits I asked how come they didn't bring any supplies the owner told me that it was a different price for service plus supplies. The owner when she came to the house also asked me an embarrassing which referenced my weight. Eventually as the visits continued the level of service started to decline. After every visit I had to go around to make sure the lights were off and if everything was put back in its place. After the last visit I spent an hour redoing the beds and again checking if everything was back in order. They broke my vaccum and a candle holder.

I hired S&S to clean my townhome after moving out to prepare the home for sale. I asked for a regular clean as I just needed mostly the floors to be vacuumed and mopped. Sophie sent 2 ladies for the job and upon finishing, the home was still dusty in many places. I told Sophie about it and she sent the ladies back the next day for a deep cleaning and charged me again for 8 hours work!! All I needed was a touch up. Very dishonest business. Never using them again!

We engaged S&S for a residential cleaning in Newmarket. They had great communication, punctuality, and attention to detail. Very satisfied with the thorough cleaning.
