I would recommend S&S cleaning services to anyone looking for quality work with spectacular detail. Out of all the companies I contacted, they were the first to communicate, provide a detailed list of service options and made every effort to work with my schedule. Although they are more costly than the competition, they communicate well, follow instruction but most importantly listen to my needs. Thank you!

My house needed a deep clean. After asking friends and family for recommendations for cleaning people and not receiving any good leads, I submitted a request for quotes from the HomeStars website. Almost immediately I received a response from S&S Cleaning. After considering several quotes I decided to go with S&S Cleaning. The two ladies who cleaned our home were courteous, professional and did a thorough job. The owner check in with me by text to ensure that I was happy with the work done. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company.

I specifically asked for a post reno cleaning saying I had a lot of dust and some paint spots: they told me on the phone that they could do it, and that they are used to do post reno cleaning.
They showed up with a small house vacuum and a mop: they could have probably been ok with a small apartment for a weekly dusting.
After 10 hours of paid work the house was just like before, with each and every paint spot on the floor. They had no idea how to clean paint spots from the floor and I had to show them how to do it and lend them a scraper. They manage to clean a bit of dust but that was it.
I also asked them not to touch or move our personal items as I had already cleaned where they were. Instead they moved everything out of order. Big waste of time!
Very disappointing and very pricey at $45/h.

The two ladies who came to clean were very hardworking and willing to clean the specific things I asked for even though some of it was quite hard and labour intensive. They were polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. They were detail oriented and really tired to do a deep clean. The service was completely worth it.

Nice ladies, good cleaning. We had a big mess from moving and they stayed a long time to finish the work.

Sophie, who runs the cleaning service, responded quickly to my request for regular house cleaning. The cleaners she sent, Nani, has clean their house three times now and she does an excellent job. Because she comes every two weeks we are able to have the same cleaner at the same time of the week each time. Nani is a careful, well organized, and industrious cleaner, and is knowledgeable about cleaning products to use. I would highly recommend her.

S&S Cleaning is an incredible company! Right from the start, they were honest about pricing and fully transparent about the work that would be done. On service day, the work was professionally completed within the allocated time and with exceptional care. I would not hesitate to hire again!

They were friendly, answered all our questions, gave suggestions, offered an estimate over the phone, and very professional. I've been using them for about 2 months, and the place is spotless.
