Simple Moves

My husband and I were very impressed with Simple Moves. They were professional, on time, organized, hard working, friendly, and helped put our minds at ease. We have hired movers twice before, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Everything ran smoothly, and there were no surprises or extra charges. I would highly recommend Simple movers, and will be using them again to move our office in the near future.

Dustin and Karl arrived on time, picked up our furniture and household goods from two separate locations and delivered it to our apartment. They were very polite and handled everything with care. They put down runners to walk on and wrapped pads on all pieces of furniture. They worked fast but cautiously. I highly recommend their work.

The two movers were very friendly and helpful. They conducted their behaviour in a very professional manner and were very efficient.

From day one Simple Moves took care of our move, they gave us a flat rate quote which we preferred over a by the hour quote.
Everything went according to plan, from calling ahead to reconfirm our move to arriving on time on the day of the move.
We used 4 men and 2 trucks and they took very special care of blanket wrapping the delicate pieces to laying down of runners so as to keep our floors clean.
After the move they made sure they never left us with a mess, would I use Simple Moves again, absolutely.

Simple Moves made our move a good, stress-free experience from start to finish. From Jani’s initial visit to Dustin’s walk through, our move could not have been smoother. They were not only punctual, courteous, friendly and professional, but it was evident that they were happy doing their job. One of the traits I admire most in people is having pride in their job, regardless of what it is, and their team definitely showed it.

Jani and crew were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that the move was completed in a timely fashion. We have had other movers over the years and this has by far been the easiest, most efficient and best by far. I would highly recommend Simple Moves to anyone.

His great team came in and packed everything, moved it out, stored it, and moved it into the new place a week later. They took care of even the smallest details..........turning the heat down while they had the doors open, and turning it back up when they left.

Very good service. Moved our very expensive dental lab equipment with great care. Everything was done expedient and professionally. Movers were polite and hard working. Would definitely recommend them and use their service again. Very good pricing compared to other moving companies our office has used in the past.

Used this company for labor services loading a moving van. Pre booking was smooth and thorough - service on the day was prompt - in fact when we moved our schedule forward they accommodated us with short notice - service was excellent - all items were packed very well and loaded in an efficient manner and secured very well. When we unloaded at the end of the move nothing had moved in transit and there was no damage whatsoever. Would recommend this company very highly.

Jani and his team provided an excellent professional service for moving our belongings from Surrey to Courtenay. He worked within our budget and made the move effortless for us.

All of our furniture was wrapped, our things handled with care and loaded into the truck. Simple Moves then stored our belongings for a couple days as we didn’t get possession till the 1st of the month. We were thoroughly impressed.
