We had purchased Hunter Douglas blinds from WFD a few years back. We had a small issue with 2 of our blinds - we called WFD to explain what happened. Within days they were here to take down the blinds and send them to the manufacturer on our behalf as they were covered under warranty. We received exceptional service and didnt have to wait long. We really appreciated the attention and the timely manner in which everything was dealt with.

The fabric was an exceptional quality and we were really happy with the process of order, installation and the quality of materials and craftsmanship.

We're very happy with the zebra shades installation in our house and would highly recommend Lior and Alon. Lior took his time to go over all the options until we made up our minds and was prompt to provide a quote. The installation itself was quick and efficient and when the wrong size was ordered he was quick to fix the issue and even install an extra shade at no additional cost. Communication was clear from beginning to end. Just a nice guy overall.

Alon is very efficient when working. The blinds do exactly as described. I especially like the look of the light diffusing blinds.
