New Look called the day before, as promised, to arrange the time of arrival. The New Look Service Technician showed up within the arrival time window and was very professional in his manner and in his work. Everything was cleaned properly and the work area was cleaned up afterwards.

They were very thorough and explained everything through the process. Very courteous and took extra steps to make sure they didn’t leave a mess behind. We Have used them in the past for carpet cleaning but this time it was for AC maintenance and vent duct cleaning

Needed a duct cleaning and service check on a rental property furnace. Have used this company before with satisfactory results. They arrived on time and performed the work in the promised time frame. Since I wasn’t on site the technician called me later in the day to advise me of the work done and discuss findings of the furnace service check. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future.
