Now, this is what I will call a professional service. Versailles builders did a great job on my kitchen renovation and bathroom. I couldn't recognize my home anymore after they were done. The service was reasonable priced compared to other companies I contacted and customer service was great. I will definitely recommend you guys.

I had Steve do a job for me around last year so I reached out to him this year to get Master Bath done in another property we own.

Once again, great price, great quality and I really appreciate his staff who are very polite and respected our home as their own.

My Wife loves the bathroom and the tile which Steve also took us to buy.

Renovations can be stressful so we want to thank Versailles once more for a easy process. Very upfront, no complications.

We decided to renovate our basement which included bathroom and kitchen.

We invested more in material because the basement was going to me for my mother.

We had a timeline of 4-5 weeks which was approximately the time it took and the work was very well done. I was very appreciative of Steve who communicates very well and given we have a new born he and his team were very mindful of that.

The details of the job were excellent. We would definitely recommend Versailles to family and friends.

Very messy and not professional. Worker was great but Steve the owner was ok in start of the project but then became very threatening and disrespectful when I started to point out things that were not to my liking bad cuts on finishing, cabinets not painted just primed and measured wrong. Walls are not square and finishing not good at all At the end of the project I pointed these issues to him and he started by threatening me if I don’t pay he will put a lean on the house and that he was done so I paid in full plus extra for the mistakes that he did. I text him to find out when he would come to fix the deficiencies and the excuses started that for him to come and finish but the
excuses started that he had other projects and paying customers that he has to take care of before coming back to fix “minor” issues after posting a review on line the threats started and I had to remove it for the safety of my wife and home. After filling a report with the local police I am reposting my review I don’t take too kindly to bullying and name-calling. I hope my review helps people see how this contractor can be

Prompt, punctual, professional- and Versailles stayed (very!) late until the job was done. Stephen was exceptionally client-focused, energetic, available to talk at any time, very quick to reply to any questions, personable and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend this company!

Amazing work!!

They covered my home from top to bottom and showed a lot of precision and care around my personal belongings.

Steve really helped us figure out what we needed for all of our tiling projects and the finishing was great. Always with renovations comes delays but regardless of minor delays our experience with Versailles was excellent.

I highly recommend them to anyone. I love my kitchen and bathrooms!!

The project had many custom cuts with many design details to follow. The team is very kind, skilled and competent. The result was amazing. Like all projects, a few problems and issues happened, but they addressed and fixed all issues kindly with no stress. Customer service is really good! Thank you for the fantastic job!

I am the homeowner in question. Everything stated above by Versailles Builders is correct. I have much more to say how Force One Contracting operates, but that should not be part of this response/review. I just want to say that my family is very thankful to Steve and his staff for helping us with the mess left by Force One Contracting. Our experience with Versailles Builders has been extremely positive. They acted very professionally, and so far have done an excellent job. We could not be happier with their work.
I would definitely use them again for future projects, and highly recommend to everyone.

I own a doggy walking/day care company in Etobicoke, Ontario.

We needed the current floors all ripped out and re-tiled completely as we have dogs that go pee all the time lol

Steve came in and told us what would be best to use, he took us to the tile store and gave us his company pricing and we saved a lot.

We are very happy with our floors after installation and we would definitely recommend Versailles to anyone. They were very straight forward and honest and walked us through the entire process.

As a business owner I respect the professionalism and excellent install that was done for my company.

Steve and this crew came in to fix a job i had previously started in my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with someone else who had abandoned us. I was very cautious this time around hiring a tiler because of the last guy.

Steve and his crew came in, protected my stuff with coverings, they communicated with me from start to finish and the job was done with great attention to detail and cuts we so neat. I was very amazed with how much they kept me in the loop as to what was happening and I appreciated it so much.

My experience with them was excellent. They have an actual office that coordinates thing with you. I highly recommend them.
