Highly recommend Arjay and AVF. My condo corp used them for a repair last year, and I was so impressed I called them myself for my own repair this week. For context, I never call back condo contractors for my own work but Arjay is that good. I called him in the afternoon, and he was at my place the next morning to make the repair. Great work, highly transparent and very reasonable pricing. Arjay took the time to tell me what caused the issue, and even made a quick adjustment to make the door open smoother that it did before it broke. Definitely give these guys a call!

Was worried about costs to repair or replace. He was very friendly, honest and transparent. Gave me two options to either repair or replace, and gave a detailed explanation of +/- for each. 10 stars isn't enough, this guy is legit!

Getting a lovely home ready for sale in eastern Mississauga, when I recognized Arjay repairing the garage door of the attached neighbour.

I mentioned he and his partner helped a little while ago at our home in the Beaches, and asked if he would tighten the spring a few turns for us.

2 minutes later, we have a proper functioning door at no charge.

Arjay and his partner (apologies name escapes me) are stand up guys, and I highly recommend offering them your business when the need arises.

My garage door has some problems on the both side steel ropes and pulleys, it got worse after last Christmas and before the new year, I found AVF by a google. Arjay answered my call, and in same day quickly took a look and gave a quote. Next day after readying the parts he and his brother fixed the issues; in meantime he explained what he had done along with a few other improvements he made.
It was a great experience I would recommend to anyone.

Great experience replacing our garage door opener with Arjay. He responded quickly to our inquiry and had lots of good info and suggestions. He was also very patient with all of my questions and I never felt rushed.

He was able to come next day and the job was done quickly at a competitive price. He identified a few other things with our garage door system that I might want to address in the future and also recommended against doing other things.
