From the moment I met Dave I had a good feeling about him. He was honest and forthright about what he could do for me and was upfront about a couple of things he was concerned about that may not come out perfectly. I understood his concerns but had a feeling he'd go above and beyond to get the task done right.

David completed a large variety of jobs for us. He was very kind and professional and his rates are very reasonable. A perfectionist, he did everything from plumbing to caulking to hanging mirrors on the wall for us. We will use him again.

The job was to clean, sand and paint a fairly large 20 year old deck. David took three days to finish the job and I was very pleased with the result. I also appreciated the fact that he thoroughly cleaned up the area after the job was completed. He was meticulous, courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends in future.

David took great care in covering our patio furniture, bbq and flowers during the sanding process. The deck was then painted, first coat one day and next coat a few days later. Every step was clean and professional. Excellent work.

David is one of the most kind people I have ever met. His schedule is tight so please work with his timeline, or you might just find someone else if you're extremely urgent. David went steps ahead for me by covering the floor from the paints and vacuum for me at the end. The rate is reasonable and you don't have to ask anything more.

The job was to remove an old countertop, replace old drywall with new drywall for a backsplash and install a new kitchen sink. All Dunn Maintenance goes above and beyond. After he removed the old countertop, he provided us with sheets of masonite we could use as a "substitute" until the new one arrived. His work is excellent. He cleaned up thoroughly. And finally he texted, to make sure everything was OK, after he finished. Tradesmen don't get any better than this. If you hire All Dunn Maintenance, you've hired the very best.

We had a number of small handyman/contractor projects that needed to be done to prepare our home for listing, and David was recommended to us by our realtor. The job included things like removing a wall mounted shelf and patching and painting the wall, removing a baby gate from a wall and stair railing post, and patching and painting both, restraining a banister rail, replacing the sealer in a shower, patching up a few old water marks on a ceiling, etc. David was great to deal with, meticulous and did a fantastic job. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future, or to recommend him to family and friends.

The previous owner of our house had done some drywall in the laundry room but never completed it. We hired David to repair, tape, mud, and paint which made a huge difference in it. David did a great job and is so meticulious in his work that he added quarter round as he felt it needed that little bit to finish it.

We had some major flaking coming off the ceiling in our kitchen and dining rooms - the previous painters had used an inferior product or something. Dave was meticulous with sealing the area to prevent making a mess in the rest of my house - he then scraped, primed, patched, primed again and painted.

All Dunn was courteous, responded quickly and did an excellent job - and left the house cleaner than when he started.
