We’re very happy with the service we received from H Man Electric. We had a chandelier installed over the staircase in our front hall. All correspondence was timely and pricing was very fair. The electricians arrived on time and finished the job quickly, leaving the area neat and clean.

I google searched Pot light installation and came across H Man Electric.. I called, left a message and Hooman called me back right away. He took his time explaining every little detail regarding pot lights. I was very impressed with his honesty and his patience. I hired him on the spot. When Hooman showed up with his crew he was very courteous. They took off theirs shoes, covered all my floors and furniture with his drop sheet and began to work. What stood out the most with Hooman was his politeness, patience and organization. After installing all the pot lights there was absolutely no mess to clean up. I was very happy and extremely satisfied with his spectacular service. One more note. One day I was outside using the power washer and all of the sudden my power went off. I got scared, called Hooman. He stopped whatever he was doing and rushed over within minutes and fixed the problem. Then, he recommended to change my fuse panel to breaker panel. This job was done , including inspection by ESA. I would hands down recommend H Man Electric to everyone I know and don't know. I guarantee you the job will get done with 100% satisfaction.

As a home owner, it is sometimes very difficult to find a trust-worthy and reputable company who will perform a quality job and guarantee their work. When we decided to install exterior pot lights, I didn't know where to start. After sifting through builder contacts, yellow pages, references from other people, and my own inquires by phone, I finally found H Man Electric. He answered all my questions over the phone, was very patient, explained the different options (hardware and bulbs), and offered to give me a quote in writing. He also provided his ECRA/ESA license to ensure I was in compliance with my home owners policy. This was more than anyone else provided me over the phone! When his team showed up, they assessed the house, diagrammed the install, confirmed the price, showed us the pot light hardware and timers, and asked us to approve each location before they started cutting. WOW! Its great to be involved in these decisions. They were careful with their ladders on the eves troughs, they vacuumed after finishing in the attic and we received an invoice and a written guarantee. I was extremely happy with their work and professionalism and would highly recommend them.

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from H man electric. From the initial contact to the initial quote from Hooman and right up to the completion of the job we received nothing but a professional, courteous, friendly and expert service. The initial quote was done within a few hours of my first call, and the work itself was complete less than a week later. Hooman quoted on a number of projects which we were interested in, and he was competitive in his pricing and realistic and helpful about some of the issues involved. On the day, The team were fast, clean, tidy and respectful of our property. They were very good at working around our two babies, which can be quite a chaotic experience! Most importantly, the job was of fantastic quality. Our house look great and it was scarcely possible to tell that the guys had even been there. The finished work will enhance our daily lives really and improve the value of our house. It was a rare delight to work with H man electric and we will definitely use them again for future projects!

I have never met a more unprofessional set of people than the ones who operate and run this company. I wonder how they were able to get good reviews in HomeStars. I hope you guys never have to go through the same misery and frustration I went through with them.

Do yourself a favor. Try giving them a call even before your ask for a quote. See if someone even answers it.

Make sure you don't pay them the percentage of work they are claiming to have performed. Agree to keep a buffer and you'll thank yourself once you realize they're not coming back.

I contracted them to do my basement electrical wiring. Two people showed up twice in the house to do the electrical rough in for about 6hours to which I paid $2,400 of the $3k. They claimed it was 80% done and will schedule ESA inspection next. Total mistake and I regret it. That was the last time I saw them despite my calls and emails.

I had to dole out the same amount of money now to engage another contractor, do the ESA and finish the job they left. One contractor who came to provide a quote looked at the job they did said it is not 80% done as they claimed.

My observation is once you have engaged them and start paying, communication will go pretty much one way: They contact you only when they want to and you cannot contact them directly anymore. Your options are to leave a voicemail or send an email. Good luck getting a response back this way, especially when you took a day off from work to wait on them for a scheduled visit.

These people have no sense of customer service and won't keep their word.
