Renovation Cleaning review in Toronto

I had a great interaction and transaction with the company. I had some mold growing in the kitchen, at first it looked it it was a small issue, however when the teardown happened it turned out to be a bigger hidden issue! Robert did a great quick assessment of the problem, and Shari arranged for a quick response and schedule to address the issue.

The remediation process took the whole day, and the job was done extremely well and clean by the team! I didn't get a chance to get the name of the team member that was here the whole day, he did such a great job! I was impressed by the final cleanliness of the job, literally left the area spotless...minus the mold.

Shari at the head office was so helpful to answer my questions. The Maple Leaf Mold quoting team was thorough and helped to educate us on what was causing the mold. The other quotes I received recommended removing drywall, fogging and replacing bathroom cabinets. Maple Leaf mold team was able to treat all the same areas, and leave the drywall and cabinets undamaged. I held back for 2 months to write this review to see if the mold would be back. After installing a dehumidifier as recommended the issue is gone. The cinder block walls still look clean and free of mold.

We had black mold in our cold room, behind dry wall and the team at Maple Leaf Mold Removal came in a timely manner to inspect + provide insights into potential cost. Once removed, they also helped identify the problem that was causing the mold build up. They were professional, efficient and friendly to work with. In addition to being responsive to the various questions we had, considering this was the first time dealing with this issue.

Attic mold remediation

This company is amazing! I needed my attic cleared of mold asap and a home inspector recommended them to me. They accommodated my schedule and basically showed up and remediated the issue the next working day. They were fast, the attic plywood was left clear of any mold residue, they have left basically no trace of them even being in the house as they vacuumed thoroughly and cleaned the floors below the attic entrance. We were very impressed and happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Robert was exceptional to work with. He was very responsive, explained the process of abatement, his quote was extremely informative, he was prompt on the day of work, his team was clean, and the job was completed well.

Asbestos wrapped pipes were discovered as part of a renovation I am completing and Robert’s ability to come see, quote, and then complete the job within 2 working days meant the reno team could stay on schedule. Really appreciated working with him and would highly recommend.
