The work was excellent and Shafi took great pride in repairing and replacing timber in the Attic. He is a very nice person and a pleasure to have met. I highly recommend him and will be doing a lot of work in the future and will be getting Shafi again.

We browsed through many different contractors and asked for many quotes. My husband and I found that Shafi had the most reasonable and affordable price we can afford with great reviews. We had a finished basement but needed to get rid of the carpet and add different things.

Shafi brought in his brother Eraj and another worker, CJ. They were polite and kept our house clean and always tried to tidy up and sweep after each day is finished. I like how they also interacted and were friendly with our sons when they get curious and kept asking questions.

Shafi was very easy to talk to whenever we wanted something fixed or if we changed our minds about something. He was very considerate and always did what we wanted. I also appreciate them for saying they don't like to rush because they want to do a good job. We originally only hired them for a project to add an office in the basement but ended up asking them to do way more since they were doing such a great job. We had a leak in the basement when it rained, so had to get that fixed, Shafi also added a shut-off valve for the hose outside and advised that it should be turned off during winter so it doesn't burst.

The renovation was a success, I love our pot lights, the office space, the laundry room/closet, and the box Shafi made for the breaker. The leak was fixed and waterproof outside, shut-off valve was installed. I am grateful they use good quality materials and you can tell they care about their work.

We would definitely call Shafi and his team again for any future renovations. Not only that their work is great, but they are very trustworthy and very client oriented. We highly recommend hiring him for your next project.

Had Shafi come by to quote on doing a smaller bathroom renovation and he was on time and we hired him a few days later. He was here on time and did a fantastic job with replacing the ceramic tiles, toilet, vanity and removal of those pesky popcorn ceiling. His drywall repair was excellent and the finished product was exactly as we planned. He's also very thorough in that he cleaned and swept the area and left everything clean each day. We'll be using him again for a kitchen renovation. Excellent experience.

There was some mold developing on our bathroom ceiling Shafi came and gave a reasonable quote to replace the ceiling, replace the bathroom fan, and also fix two leaks (one in another bathroom, and another in an outdoor pipe). He was also willing to start the work on short order. He is hardworking, diligent, conscientious, and extremely polite. He left the work area very clean each evening as well. We ended up hiring him for additional work (more than what we had initially called him for), and also recommended him to my parents for some work. I really appreciate the fact that he is willing to take on small as well as big jobs, and has reasonable prices.

Shafi and his team were referred to me by my son. Our sun room was old,the floor tiles were breaking. We wanted him to do a complete remodeling of the sun room for which we were given a quote of $ 8,650.

After approval he started the work on June 21st and completed it on June30th. This morning we noticed that he had forgotten to do the finishing on a door trim. I sent him the photo of the unfinished trim and requested him to finish it as soon as possible.
To our surprise, he was in front of our house within 2 hrs of sending the message, apologised for not completing and finished the job. I will certainly recommend Shafi to anyone who would like to get a job done at a very affordable rate.

Secured existing beam in the basement, removed existing posts, added new and extra posts. Very professional work by Shafi. Did proper job, No short cuts. Also made a bigger window in existing wall. Very polite personality and cooperative.
