I would say overall probably the best renovation experience we had had with ANY company for ANY project. For the first time ever we felt very confident and stress free during entire renovation. Feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon this group of hard working conscientious honest and very skilled people.
You sign a reasonably priced contract with them, they put their head down and get to work with long hours, no complaining and no extra charges for this or that. If a problem or issue comes up they fix it. They obviously take great pride in their work and you end up with a very high quality luxury reno at at very fair price. quick time frame and as a bonus minimal to no stress. What more can you ask for?

We recently had our basement bathroom renovated. The bathroom was a complete redo including a walk-in shower conversion. The whole process was great from start to finish and the bathroom looks absolutely amazing. Extremely professional. 

Evan and his team were very professional and extremely meticulous. They were very open to suggestions and they had some great ideas we hadn't even considered. They were very helpful and pleasant throughout the process.

All said it was a very satisfying experience and I would definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend Jiang's Renovations for any projects you may be considering.

This is the second renovation project that we did in our house and I am very glad that this time around we decided to go with Jiangs Home Renovations: very efficient team, quality work and reasonably priced. For our project we decided to almost double the space for our shower, remove part of the wall and the door that was separating bathtub from the shower areas, put in new bathtub, vanity, and all the other little things required for the bathroom. Pretty much everything was demolished and built from scratch. Aside from the work well done, I really liked the fact that not a single day was wasted. The team was there every single day (Monday to Saturday) with the only exception is when the bathtub that I ordered was delayed by the shipping company.
I am very happy with the outcome!

We used Jiangs Home Renovation for first time and we really had great experience they were very nice and completed job in time we first thought how they are going to complete job with in two hours of time frame but they did it. I will recommend them to every one.

As a first time condo owner, getting the condo to an ideal state was a must! When I brought the place, the previous owner had a dog. The corners were bitten off, the flooring were not even and there were some damages on the walls. I knew that I had to renovate the place, and I did not regret choosing Jiangs. They were able to turn that state to my ideal state. They provided honest opinions on my ideas during the renovations and did an excellent job! After the renovation, Evan and his team followed up with me to ensure every detail was correct.

Overall I am delighted with their swift work and timed responses. Best of all, it was within a reasonable price range! Excellent Job!

Evan and Jiangs Home Renovation did a great job on the renovations. They were professional throughout, performed quality work and carried out the work efficiently. Evan was always available to discuss the project and made the renovations easy. The work was done in a condo which required approvals of the work to be done and required contractors to do work during restricted hours. Evan took care of getting the approvals and coordinated his team to get the work done without issue. I would recommend Evan and Jiangs Home Renovation.

As can be seen in the before photo, this massive space used to be an internet cafe/office. The pros is it is a prime location but the cons is the lack of maintenance from the previous tenants. The carpet had all sorts of stains and rips. The lights some worked and some didn’t, there were wires visible in many corners. We didn’t know where to start but spoke to Evan briefly about our design theme and the category being beauty related.

From the different design plans and material selection Evan worked out several options for us, going through each option with detail and patience, not to mention advice on minimizing costs and maximizing quality.

This is my third project with Evan, the previous two being my residential house. Definitely looking forward to working with him in future projects.

We had our basement redone by Jiangs home renovations and they did a great job. We changed the layout of our basement, including relocating a bathroom. Evan the project manager always showed up and responded when he said he would. Ming and Kevin did the actual work in our basement and were great. They were very professional and worked hard and always left the space clean at the end of the day. They really seemed to pay attention to detail and make sure all the little finishes were completed. You hear about so many reno nightmares but we really didn't have any issues with them. I would recommend them for sure. I'm very happy with my new basement.

Evan and his team specialized in details and a thorough reno job! They are very organized and neat in works. When there was an opportunity, Evan offered to raise our washroom ceiling, resulting in a bigger washroom for us! We are so happy for that!
Every job was thoroughly thought off ahead by the team and done with exquisite craftsmanship.
Communication was smooth and very pleasant.
Overall, we are very pleased with Evan and his team. Our home is so beautiful!!!
