I contacted Elmira Design to initiate a Basement renovation Permit. The drawings were completed and submitted to the City by Hamid. The permit was approved in about 2 weeks. I highly recommend Jamie's professionalism. The cost very reasonable. Great value for money!

Contacted Hamid from Elmid Design to do a grading plan for a new sewer service. He was very professional and he took care of the work diligently. Since a topographic plan was also needed, he took care of that too by referring me to another company and was following up with me every time. Some details were missing in the topo plan and Hamid contacted the company to have them added. I was really impressed by his motivation and dedication to his work. The City Of Vaughan wanted permits for the Sunroom and deck which came with the house 21 years ago. Permits was never taken out. I called Hamid from Elmid Design and he was very profressional and made the headache go away. He took care of the project, and worked with the city to produce the 2 permits. The inspector asked for a final review and Hamid came through. We highly recommend Elmid Design, thanks again Hamid!
