Our dishwasher was not draining properly. We contacted Yevhen in the morning. He got back to me right away and was able to come that evening. He was up front about his pricing, and his pricing was reasonable.
He did the job, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were happy we found him.
We will definately use him again when needed.

I several companies for a dishwasher and oven repair. Most didn't even reply to my request for service. Yevhen was the first within minutes and was willing to come that night although I couldn't accomodate. He showed up on time and stayed on budget. He worked to find the best solutions for me. Very fast and reliable service. He saved my draining pump so I should't replace it.

Yehven was friendly, flexible and patient with a number of issues that came up during the installation of a dishwasher that had been damaged by movers and required new pipes. Would definitely ask him back in future.

Friendly and knowledgeable. We knew the pump had to be replaced as pump was not humming. We were only available in the evenings. Yevhen made himself available one evening and completed the work same night as parts were readily available with him.
He cleaned the hoses first to make sure pump was real issue. He showed me some rusty shock absorbers that he recommended to change within a year before it damages the drum. I would contact him again if any more appliance issues.

Showed up on time. Clear on pricing. Explained what he was doing. Felt like I got value for money. Contacted him around 5pm and was at our place at 8 pm.

In the world of hugely shady appliance repair, I found Yevhen to be a breath of fresh air with his honesty, reliability and punctuality, not to mention his obvious very high level of competency.
He always showed up exactly when he said he was and was completely honest about what was wrong with the units (he looked at a couple of ours) I am very adept at fixing my own devices and am mechanically inclined, so it's a bit harder to pull the wool over my eyes as I check the costs of the parts and have a very good idea the amount of labour involved. Previous repair people I have had by the house were inflating the cost of parts, whether they were actually needed of not, sometimes as much as a 500% markup. I have no problem with someone making money from me as long as they are fair. Yevhen is more than fair and again I found his complete honesty and transparency very refreshing. He actually got me the parts at his cost (I double checked). I rate him 10/10 and so far the best service technician I have ever come across.

It was nice to find an honest and reliable appliance repair technician. Yevhen was right on time, professional, courteous and very detailed. Explained what the issue was, what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. He took the extra time and care to check everything else too. I will definitely use him again for any future repair needs.

I knew that a part needed to be replaced for my dishwasher so I sent the info in to Homestars. Yevhen responded within 60 minutes, got the part and came that evening to install it, and didn't charge extra for the super speed service. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks Yevhen!
