I have put off getting our ducts cleaned for 18 years as there are so many companies to chose from. Our good friend had Caco clean their ducts and they raved about his
efficiency, attention to detail, and cleanliness. On top of that they said what a lovely man he was. So, trusting their judgment, we engaged him at AirForce, and now definitely echo their recommendations.

Technician texted 30 minutes before arrival so we were ready.

Caco walked through the job, identified vents that I had missed, explained what he would do. Took before and after pictures, the vents were dirty and the after pictures showed clear improvement.

Overall very satisfied with the work. Minimum of mess left to deal with, very small amount. Workmanship on creating access to the vents very well done.

Caco very cheerful, pleasure to have in the house. Worked efficiently and was finished quickly and off to his next assignment.

Wonderful!

Oakville

Thinking this would not be a good experience I was proven wrong from them answering the phone, giving the quote and sending me all the information anyone could need to my inbox to the follow up call the next day! I would use Airforce again and recommend them to anyone. Caco was great upon arrival explaining everything he was going to do made sure our cats and dogs were secure, did the work, showed before and after pictures of the work he did and cleaned up and packed up and left.
