Josh responded promptly to my initial contact and to subsequent emails. The job was carried out promptly at a mutually convenient time. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

I phoned in the morning and an engineer came the same afternoon. They were quickly able to diagnose problem in our ten year old Siemens machine and the replaced faulty component on the spot

I phoned up in the morning and after a short exchange of texts, a visit was arranged for between 7-9 pm the same evening! I hadn't asked for such a quick response, but it was most welcome. Some water was leaking out from under the machine during each wash. Josh was unable to find any faulty component that might be causing the leak, although there was a blocked filter, and he surmised that the incoming water pressure was too high (as the machine is in a basement). He reduced the incoming pressure, and we can only assume that this was the problem, as the leak has stopped. He also dealt with a couple of minor issues, and commented that machines of our model and vintage last longer than more recent models. As no parts were required (the advice being that it wasn't worth spending a money on expensive parts for an old machine), we were just charged the call out fee as quoted when booking the visit. Josh was very efficient and knowledgeable and we would recommend this company.

Our washing machine was not working for some days I called other appliances repair but they can't find an issue in the machine so I call speedy appliances and Kyle came next day on time he finds the issue and repair the washing machine and charge us less. This trader gave first class service. I have not used him before. He answered my original enquiry promptly and advised me of his charges for a call out not knowing what the problem was. These I accepted over the phone and he gave me an approximate time for his visit the next day. Just prior to his due time he rang to say he was on his way. After a quick inspection and conducting a number of tests he was able to diagnose the fault - the motor brushes had worn away and needed replacing. Fortunately he had suitable replacements in his van and repaired the machine during the visit. All done within an hour. I was so impressed I added a bonus to his invoice.

The technician was quick and efficient and detected the problem correctly. Best Service lived up to its name by offering tech tracking and other options to know just when the tech would at my house.

Tech did a great job of diagnosing the issues and getting them fixed. I did feel a bit “nickel and “ in that they charged separate minimum trip fees for each of the items they had to fix, even though they came out for both in the same trip…

I have used their services twice now for my Sub-Zero refrigerator.
In both instances their service and professionalism has been fantastic.
They give times they can come and then come when they say the will. That alone is unusual these days.
Additionally they have identified the problems quickly and fixed them skillfully. Their charges are quite reasonable.
I would definitely give my recommendation.
