The whole team at Glass Ninja were excellent!!
Anastasia, who took my order, was very personable and professional.
When Uri and his team arrived, they were on time, very pleasant, personable, respectful and professional.
He advised me the best approach to the repair once he saw the situation with my glass wall.
They performed the work exactly how they told me they would. They were very respectful of our home, and cleaned up after the repair was complete.
The name of their company is quite accurate, they are truly Glass Ninjas - here and gone, with the only trace of them is their expert workmanship!

Good to their word - 4 years later

Late 2018 Vlad's team installed a custom glass shower door for me. There were some issues with the curb cracking that showed up a year later that were half on me, half on them. Vlad agreed to take the doors out for free and put them back after a curb rebuild. COVID hit me and some other medical issues set me back a few years, but in 2023 I contacted Vlad to see if he would honour the deal and he did. Team that showed up did a great job.

Glass Ninja installed beautiful frameless glass railing on a second story balcony. There were some design challenges but Yuri figured out good solutions for us. The implementation was easy to schedule and was very efficient. There was an issue with some of the fastenings that was addressed the next day. Thank you for a great result!
