Shield Restoration Services

I had a flood in the basement. Shield restoration came in and took care of arranging for removal of debris, obtaining a pod for me to be able to put my contents in, and arranged for the resulting cleanup that was required. Overall they took a bad situation and made it much easier to deal with. I would recommend Shield Restoration to anyone that required any type of disaster assistance.

My Dad was in the process of selling his home when an ice storm hit and took out the power to the sump pump which caused major flooding. I called Shield and they were in the same evening to start the drying out process.
I was very impressed with the speed they arrived and all aspects of the reno. Communication was great. The sale went through due to Shield and there wonderful service.
Fortunately insurance covered the cost.

I have been very pleased with the high level of competence, professionalism, as well as empathy I have received from Shield Restoration Services after going through a house fire. The whole Team (including all the contractors that they partnering with for this type of disaster and restoration) was absolutely wonderful.

I can't thank the Team enough for their tremendous support throughout what could have been a disastrous event in my life, but ended up being more like a "bump in the road". Thanks again for your truly amazing work!!

Our situation was not typical, but an arrangement was made that was fair. Very happy with the services provided.

We recently experienced a water leak from our 2nd floor bathroom which affected our kitchen and we had the good fortune to have Shield Restoration respond to the resultant water damage. Shield Restoration's emergency team responded quickly and handled the entire emergency very efficiently and professionally. Their project manager thoroughly explained the emergency process to us and the technicians worked effectively to remove all affected materials (cabinetry, drywall and flooring) sanitized the area and set up drying equipment while also respecting and protecting our belongings and our home. The Shield team exhibited a high level of customer care throughout and we highly recommend their service!

This is the kind of company I never wanted to use but was glad they existed. Unexpected damage to your home is never pleasant but thier service was top notch. They were very detailed, explained everything well and worked with my insurance company. Thier repairs were done well and in a timely manner.

I had a water damage in the kitchen that affected the floor, I had an excellent experience with Shield, since they promptly did the emergency cleanup and then the coordination with the insurance, then planning to execution of the repairs, they took care of everything and were always available to answer any question I had during the process. Im very happy with the quality of the work and will definitely call them again when needed.

Fantastic service, personable and professional. Steve showed up immediately after we discovered the water damage and assured us everything was going to be ok. An it it was! He is absolutely wonderful and his team were clean, efficient and timely. Choose Shields, you are in great hands with an amazing team.

I had a sink overflow in my laundry room.tbay leaked down to the basement. There was quite a bit of damage and it's of course a difficult experience. I found Shield Restoration on homestars and they came on scene quite quickly. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving an idea of what work needed to be done and direction on the steps to take. The emergency work was done quickly and Steve helped coordinate with the Insurance as well to ensure everything was transparent. I had a log of back and forth with the Insurance on what is covered and Steve was very helpful in explaining complexities of the work to be done to the adjustor even though it took a lot of back and forth with the adjustor.

The selection of tiles and specifics of the estimate was made very smooth. The work itself was done ok schedule. Bryan did a great job of coordinating the work and keeping me informed. Shoutout to Aaron who was also very courteous, knowledgeable and did the reno work very well. Big thanks to the Shield Restoration team for a great job done with the repairs.
