my Garage door torsion spring was broken, I requested a quote on homestars, and Reg was the first one to respond, and offer me the best price. He was not only fix the torsion spring, but also found out that the right side cable was snapped (actually a guy from MD enterprises changed this cable for me about over a year ago, only one side was changed, but Reg said you should always change both sides, apparently, that guy wasnt professional, and he never pick up his phone when i called him when there was a problem). Reg recommended me to change the cable as well, which I did. I really satisfied with Reg's professional service and would recommend him to anyone that requires an garage door service

Reg showed up within an hour and assessed what repairs and parts was need. The service was very quick and all repairs to the garage door was done professionally.

I was surprised to be able to talk to Aladdin doors after hours. Within a couple of minutes Reg knew the problem, provided some safety advice, and book an appointment for the following morning.
As promised, Reg arrived right on time, with the springs to fix my garage door. Prior to starting the repair a safety inspection was completed on all components of the door's lift system, to which Reg pointed out that the cables that lift the door were also rusted and ready to break. It took about 90 minutes to replace the springs and cables, and it was then identified that the controller (motor) was also broken. Reg, had picked up a new controller, and scheduled a second visit for the following day, which was on a Saturday - I was impressed. Again, Reg showed up right on time, and had completed the job within two hours, just as said he would.
I was very impressed with the friendly service, punctuality, focus on safety, and price.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Alladin Doors Calgary, hopefully it will be Reg that does your work - you can tell he loves what he does - and he's good at it.

Reg came to look at my problem right away, even though it was past 6:30 pm. It was a difficult job due to the age of the solid double door and its custom design. He didn't give up on it and resolved the problem! Explained everything to me and was professional, courteous, honest and had integrity; I respect that very much in the service industry.

Highly recommended and will use him to ultimately replace the door with a lighter one in the future.

Reg was very quick to respond to my request. My garage door spring had broken and I could not get the door open. Reg was able to quote me over the phone so I would have an idea of how much the repair would cost.

He arrived exactly when he said he would and took only about an hour to complete the repair and an inspection of my garage door. He walked me through what the problem was and how he would fix it. He also identified some other things that we both agreed needed repair, and he had the supplies on hand to be able to fix them.

The cost was extremely reasonable - much less than I had expected which was a nice surprise.

I would definitely recommend Reg and will use him again if his services are required.

Reg was great! Very knowledgeable about what my issue was. I thought it was a simple repair but it was a complete replacement. I called other contractors and his prices were comparable after finding out the issue, I called another garage repair company and they told me what he was saying was correct and that a replacement was recommended.

Reg was able to make it out to my house within a few hours of my call to assess the issue. Knowing that garage repair is guaranteed for the year, I am satisfied with the results.

They were quick to respond to my call- within 1hr the person was at my door. The quality of work was amazing- the service technician would explain everything in detail if I asked questions and the assessment they did to increase the longevity of the garage door and the subsequent parts was really appreciated. I felt like I was cared for very well and was worry free when in their hands. Most of all, this quality of service was provided at the best price in the market ( I called 7 other companies and they had the lowest price, by at least $50)!!

It was done well. The tech did well and took time to explain the whole process of fixing the door.
