Fresh Cleaning Service

It was absolutely amazing!! My house was needing such a good clean with my hectic schedule the last 6 months. I honestly did not expect everything to look as good as it did - especially walls, baseboards, window ledges and so much !!
I was very impressed from the initial service I got with Kara - to the cleaners themselves. Definitely would highly recommend and be using them again!

We used Fresh Cleaning for the first time in Feb 2019 and are extremely happy with the exceptional service they provided. Their prices are very competitive. Our cleaner arrived on time. She was very courteous. She cleaned our entire house - and her work was immaculate. We have used cleaning services in the past 10 yrs and Fresh Cleaning by far is the best cleaning service we have ever used. Would highly recommend. Perfect 10 rating !!

I have been using this service on a bi-weekly basis for a few months now. The 2 cleaners responsible for the oakville area have both been to my home and have done a wonderful job. We have 2 sticky kids so having them come in and clean has been amazing. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and I feel they go the extra mile to try to satisfy our cleaning needs.

The company also seems to care about their employees which is really nice to see.

I did a 6 hour One-Time House Clean, which was great. The cleaner was extremely efficient and was able to do a lot within the time. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to others. The house was squeaky clean everywhere! Thanks.

I have been using Fresh cleaning to clean my home for a few Months now and they are fantastic!! Some things that have come up have been addressed
and corrected immediately and I am very pleased with the cleaning every time. I love walking into my house after they have been there. It smells great!

I have been using Fresh Cleaning Service for a few months now. I get the same girl each time. She is exceptionally friendly, very personable, pays attention to small details and is very polite. In some ways I would consider my cleaning lady to be a perfectionist when it comes to dust and cleaning.
I would definitely recommend this company and their very qualified and trustworthy staff.

A truly awful experience with this company. The cleaners are rushed and management is truly clueless when it comes to customer service.

I was pleased with the very first clean but every clean that followed was awful. Surfaces were not dusted, floors were not cleaned or mopped, bathrooms were cleaned superficially with dirt and grim still present in the sink and tubs, mirrors were merely wiped with a cloth smudging any marks instead of removing them. The house was just as dirty when I got home after a cleaning!

On one occasion the cleaner didn't even show up as scheduled and no one even called me about it. However, before every clean I would get an automated email advising if I missed a clean I would be charged a fee. I called the company regarding this missed appointment and apparently they knew about it but no one thought to inform me. Totally unacceptable.

The last clean was with a new cleaner and she left after only a couple of hours. I advised her that someone would be home in a couple of hours but she left well before anyone got there and didn't lock up our house. I was so surprised that she did not call me but just left our house completely unlocked. This is completely unacceptable to me.

On the last clean she left a checklist of all the services she apparently cleaned but half the items were not done even though she checked them off. What a joke!

The company charges you a flat fee per clean. On the initial clean it was 6 hours to clean the house at a charge of $220. With each subsequent clean it was taking the cleaner 3 hours max to clean the exact same house yet I was being charged the same amount.

Be warned that this company is run VERY poorly and the cleaning staff are rushed to do the bare minimum and get out.

I spoke with management regarding my issues and all I was told was that she was sorry and if I would give them another shot. This was pretty frustrating as she heard about my experiences which she agreed were awful but she wanted me to pay another flat fee of $220 for a 3 hour clean which is not sufficient for a house of my size. I was not offered a reimbursement for rushed cleaning which I feel is appropriate.

I have been using Fresh for a few months and it's wonderful to come home to a clean house. Gail is really friendly and does an amazing job. Fantastic customer service from Kim when booking.
