Iyad and his AMRO team demo'd and rebuilt our basement washroom. They also repaired our game room by adding new vinyl plank flooring. He and his crew were very friendly and easy to work with. They respond quickly and are flexible in making changes. The overall quality of their work was very good too. I would definitely recommend them.

Iyad and his team at Amro General contracting not only work professionally, they also work very fast. They finished approximately 800 sqft space and also added washroom, closets, walk-in closet and laundry in it. For all of this they were in and out in exactly 13 days. Their payment structure is also very professional, they break it down into at least 4 payments and you pay as the work progresses. They ask for last payment only when all punch list items are addressed and you are completely satisfied. You also get one year warranty on workmanship. They also picked up items for you for your custom accessories at no extra cost. They shop around for you tiles and laminate/hardwood and share options that are readily available in the market. I believe you cannot ask for more in any contractor when they work like this for you. Job well done with perfection. Bravo Amro General contracting, Bravo !

I would like to thank Amro General Contracting for their amazing job to finish my basement. they are very professional and thoughtful, Iyad always available for any changes or requests. the best part that they keep their promise which not all contractors do!!

Kitchen and bathroom condo renovations- I don’t know where to begin- I contacted Iyad second week of October after I have seen a dozen contractors- Iyad provided me a quote on the spot which no other contractor could do and the rest just mumbled something about ranges, if you know what material and supplies someone is using you should be able to provide a quote ( the previous contractor who was supposed to do the job gave me the quote night before I was supposed to sign the contract!! That’s when I went looking for other contractors and found Iyad) often with renovations you can expect for it to take twice as long as it’s estimated- not with Amro contracting- despite of me asking for everything to be done a week before Christmas 95% was complete first week of December with final touches being put this weekend- this is unheard of. Iyad started right away after we signed the contract, he provided me advice and was available all the time for my questions or advice and when issues arouse ( Rona was out of stock of a bathtub and shower fixture I chose and Iyad went around the store and sent me photos as I was out of the country- advice: buy from wayfair as they are better quality and reliable) when I asked for more things than originally put in the contract, Iyad and his team accommodated. When the lighting fixture I purchased alone was not the match, Iyad and his team accommodated. Despite of starting with such a short timeline to remodel entire kitchen and 2 washrooms, all doors, painting and changing floor tiles, trims and window panes Iyad and his team managed to do it (cabinets and countertops take several weeks to set up so Iyad started the job and worked around it- if you are looking for someone reliable then amro general contracting is for you.

They immediately started the work as soon as we signed up. They finished on time and exceeded our expectations. Our basement looks very nice. I would highly recommend these guys.

I really love how my kitchen looks right now. We also had some issues with cabinets after the renovation and he will not give up until we are 100 percent satisfied with the renovation. That is what I really appreciate the most. Definitely easy person to work with.

I interviewed 5 contractors before deciding to hire Lyad. I am so happy I did. The project came in in time, on budget, the quality of the work is outstanding and most importantly for me- he took care of Absolutely everything. I didn’t have to make one single trip to Home Depot, he sent me pictures , brought me samples to choose from etc. That to me made a world of difference as a single mother with a full time job and a lot of competing priorities I really had no time and needed some one that I could trust and depend on.
