Highly recommend to use Contactor Pass. We had an old brick and concrete smoker in the backyard. We wanted it gone since it wasn’t being used and was actually in the way for other repairs to the garage. Contractor Pass showed up at short notice, quickly removed the entire structure, the area was super clean and they even cleaned our neighbors yard to make sure no debris went there! Would highly recommend for any job big or small.

After purchasing a new home, I was in need of finding a highly professional, trustworthy and reliable contractor to help me manage an 8,100 square foot renovation which included a complete demo, new tiling for 6 washrooms, brand new kitchen, replacing all hardwood, plumbing, electrical, wainscotting, painting and even building a custom home theatre. Due to the sale of my existing home, I had to get this completed within 75 days and during the peak of the pandemic.

After interviewing 4 contractors, I can honestly say that I hit the jackpot when I found Anton at Contractor Pass. I am not one to normally write recommendations but to not do so in this case would be a tragedy. I found Anton on Homestar’s due to the positive reviews but I can tell you that he is above a 10/10. He exceeded my expectations in every way possible. He is incredibly wise, humble and extremely client focused. He truly cares about his clients and helping them meet their deadlines is a top priority for him. This pandemic made my situation almost impossible at times to meeting my deadline given the inability to buy materials, find labor or the extensive delays which we had to endure. Anton worked fearlessly in leveraging his wide network of master technicians and labourers in order to meet my aggressive deadline. I never met a contractor that worried more about my needs! During times when I hired another contractor for a specific task, Anton was always there to help me negotiate the best possible deal and to ensure that the price I was paying for was reasonable. He was able to assist me during times when I didn’t make the best selections.

This was an emotional roller coaster to manage and I simply could not have done it without the 150% dedication and commitment that the Contractor Pass family demonstrated each and every day. I truly never met another contractor with as much integrity and to be frank, that is a bold statement because my past experiences with contractors and reliability are half hazard at best. But not this experience. Thanks to Anton, Alexandra and their team which includes pops, Kevin, and many more, we were able to complete everything on time and move into our dream home. I would recommend Contractor Pass 200% to anyone like me, that did not have faith in finding a reputable contractor at a reasonable cost, it was the best decision I ever made.

We found some nasty mould in the basement and were directed to Anton and his company. Anton immediately started working on the mould removal (within a week of the initial contact), and was paramount in assisting us with the next steps needed to rebuild the damaged areas. His crew were very professional, clean, tidy, friendly, and punctual. Would highly recommend Contractor Pass

I was renovating when we find out about the asbestos tiles it was very concerning because I have kids so I decided to contact Contractor Pass after seeing all his reviews. The entire team was very polite, they made clear all my questions and finished very fast the project so it won’t affect my time line for renovations. Thanks guys

We posted a request on HomeStars for a quote to improve our insulation against sound. Anton from Contractor Pass called us soon after, and offered to come by to inspect.

Anton called 30 minutes ahead of our appointment, and again 30 minutes later when he arrived. He was polite and prompt.

The inspection was very professional, and honest as we were advised our insulation was to code, and any changes would not be worth while. I would not hesitate to recommend Contractor Pass for their morals and ethics alone, and it doesn't hurt that Anton is such a pleasant guy.

This is a company that I would recommend to anyone inquiring for work of all kinds to be done. I always hear great feedback from clients after dealing with them.
