H & R Heating & Air Conditioning Service

I phoned H & R Hearing & Air Conditioning because my central air conditioner had a clicking sound and when it runs does not cool down the house. Hari came over and gave me an assessment. He indicates that he can fix it for a preset amount but frankly told me that he cannot guarantee how long the fix will work since the AC is almost 10 years old. We opted for a replacement and he gave me the privilege of choosing which unit I want. We selected one and he promptly installed it in one day. Very honest and hard working people with the help of his son Ravi. I recommend this company to whoever is in dire need of a good service !!!

I would recommend H&R to friends and family. They relocated my AC unit from the back to the side of my house. They were quick, professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and went over and beyond. I would definitely call them again.

I woke up and half my house was cold. Such a mystery! I called Ravi and Harry and they made me a priority in their day. Harry took care of it all knowing exactly what I needed and how to find it (which apparently was not easy as I have a very old boiler). I had heat before dinner and was very impressed with the service.

Ravi responded immediately to my request for an appointment to estimate the cost to replace my air conditioner. He was prompt, business like and was able with Harry to do the work the next day. He also gave us helpful information on care and use of the new air conditioner.

Harry and Ravi offered courteous, reliable and very prompt service to resolve my problem of a broken air conditioner. On Monday, Ravi and Harry stopped by after completed a large job on the other end of the city, quickly diagnosed the problem, and suggested a clear path forward. After I consulted with my wife, and agreed on the repair, Ravi ordered the required parts, which were thankfully available. On Tuesday, again, coming from a job quite a distance away, Harry and Ravi came in and installed the new condenser fan motor, and ensured A/C worked.
Throughout, Ravi kept in communication via text and phone - all in all, remarkable service!

They replaced my furnace quickly and were so clean you would have never known they had been there. They also completed a small repair on my AC unit to ensure it would be ready for the following season as well. Ive already recommended them to friends and family and will use them again for any other heating and cooling needs I have. They answer any questions you may have. Great guys all around !
