Our plumbing and drain technician was Alex I., and we're very happy with his service. He quickly and skillfully completed all of our requests and patiently explained available services, which we found very helpful as first-time homeowners. We also appreciated that he took the time to make sure payment went through to avoid issues later on.

Samad did a good job extending the existing pipes with a new exterior faucet for my yard. He did check everything carefully which seems reliable.
The request was completed within half a day which was incredibly fast. I would love to recommend this plumber.

The shower faucet would not turn off. I did eventually get it to turn off but called Drain King Plumbers to fix the issue. Tyler came the next day and was very friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers!

He was courteous, even wearing blue booties over his work boots when entering my house. He gave us a good quote and was able to fix the plumbing problem right on the spot. Work was great! Price was way too high for the work. We were quoted after 500-600. We feel very ripped off. Supplies were all there except for the piping. Would give 10 stars if we had more $ left in our pockets!

I would definitely recommend Drain King for future plumbing needs. Not only was my initial request responded to immediately, Jonathan was at our house 1-hour later. I received a text message that allowed me to track his ETA. This was the first time I received a text message that included a picture of the technician. This is a great safety measure for anyone who may feel uncomfortable allowing service people into their home. The original request to install 2 faucets turned into a bigger job as our main water shut-off valve failed. This resulted in having to call the city to come and shut our water on/off. Jonathan walked us through the process and returned the 2nd day to complete the job. He worked as quickly as possible to ensure that we were without water for as short a period of time as possible. Jonathan was very professional and respectful.

From the time of contact, very responsive. I did not think that I would have my request responded to let alone done before the end of the week. Plumbers came out to look at the job and provided me a quote and completed the work on the same day.

Swapped-out 3 toilets and repaired a walk-in shower faucet. Jon provided me with a recommendation for a Brand & Model of toilet that would meet my desire for upgraded units. One toilet install was difficult because the rough-in dimension was too small. But he made it happen, without having to move the drain which would have been expensive. Jon and his colleague arrived as scheduled &, working like a well-oiled team, were done in 1 1/2 hrs. BTW, the faucet repair was free.

My bathroom sink stopper corroded and was leaking at the pipe connection point under the sink—since it could not be repaired, a whole new stopper was needed (plus a new bit of pipe). Samad arrived on time to do the assessment, was polite and followed safety protocols (mask, etc). He clearly explained what he was going to do and the cost, and proceeded to do an excellent job installing a shiny new pop-up sink stopper. The part he supplied was high quality (much better than the old one) and was installed quickly and expertly. Samad did a great job and I am very satisfied. Thanks!

Samad arrived promptly, and maintained safety precautions throughout the call. He assessed the problems, and explained our options clearly: what could be done at this time, and what would be a bigger job, requiring another, future call. He offered several price options on the replacement fixtures. The repairs he performed (complete replacement of two old and leaky faucets with newer, higher-quality models) are entirely satisfactory, and I will request he be assigned to our future job as well. Samad was friendly, accommodating, and highly professional, inspiring confidence in his work and his judgement.
