I had been looking for someone to change my old fence around my house. I gave such wonderful opportunity for Ivan because he gave me pretty much fair price. He came with 2 other guys and prepared everything. In a couple of days job was done.

Great service, Eduard had great suggestions and his crew did an awesome job. I had a old deck where section was rotting away. I wanted to replace the sitting area with something more permanent and Avanti designed and built exactly what I was hoping for.

Last year i had problems with water on my backyard due to improper grading.One of my friends recommended guys from Avanti because they did same thing for them.
We booked an appointment for another month.
Crew came with bobcat and regraded whole backyard then put nice grass on top.
Right now,when the snow has gone,everything is fine with it. No water,no problems.

We saw a crew working on our street. Joe from Avanti came over to assess our grass situation. There were too many weeds and there wasn't a chance to save it. Joe gave us a reasonable quote to remove existing grass leftovers and install new one. job was done in a day and a half and our yard was left very clean. we love our yard now. very happy with the service. Would hire Avanti again.
