Excellent service, great quality and highly professional team. We needed to replace our windows due to last minute decision of renovation. After approaching Panes windows over the phone we were almost sure that we will trust to them to proceed with the project. Panes rep was very professional and patient with us. All product were delivered on time and installed. Windows look just amazing. I highly recommend Panes to all my friends and family members.

We wanted to replace our patio doors and after having a really bad experience with our previous window and door company we decided to look for a change. After coming across Panes and the amount of good reviews they had, we decided to give it a shot.

Our entire experience has been amazing, starting from the initial contact with Daryl through the website's chat option, where he responds almost immediately. He was very knowledgable and was able to explain everything very clearly, including the features we do not really need and would not be worth the extra money as well. We did not need to have anyone come in and measure the doors before the order was placed because he knew with the dimensions I gave him, what the actual dimensions would be through his years of experience.

Although the doors took some time to arrive, it was understandable due to the shortages everywhere. However, they were quick to call and setup an installation appointment when the windows were ready. The guys came in and completed everything quickly, thoroughly and to our satisfaction. They left the place after showing us how everything works and making sure we were satisfied with the work and how clean they left the place.

Afterwards, I noticed a tiny rip in the screen, and although it was not an urgent matter, David followed up with me on the chat and made sure an appointment was booked the same day for a service call to fix that screen. I was thoroughly impressed with how much care and effort they put even after the windows were installed.

I will definitely be using Panes for my future window replacements.

I just received my windows, I have not installed them yet, they still have the packaging on edges. Their website is excellent, easy to use, all the options you could ask for and price on the windows once you've selected the options. Once I came across their website, read their reviews I never seen anything bad, and if there was it was quickly resolved. Allowing me to choose all options and price and I could clearly see what I was ordering, I didn't bother to look elsewhere. I can't say anything but good from them. Anytime I've asked a question over email or on website they answered quickly. I'm from Nova Scotia and they were delivered to my door, well packaged and protected on all edges. I must say they have a well put together operation from ordering online to shipped to you door out of province. Well Done !

If they would have sold Entry Doors I would of purchase one also !

We have ordered from Panes Windows for many projects as they have incredible turn around times and super helpful staff. The windows are great quality and they have so many options. The website is super user friendly. The guys help load windows very carefully and overall we have been extremely satisfied with Panes Windows!

Great customer service, the order gets updated frequently showing the steps of production of the windows. If you're building a new home choose brickmould option, otherwise you'll get window inserts making the installation a bit harder, however that was my mistake. Great company to deal with, estimated time on production given was greater than the actual time it took, which is great, I really appreciate that my windows were delivered before the estimated date when I purchased, it is really annoying to be dealing with companies that don't deliver on time. Definitely recommend this guys!

Ordered a glass panel to switch out for one of my casement windows. The ordering process was fast and easy. They made my glass panel ahead of schedule and the pick-up option was very convenient! I just ordered two more glass panels from them!

Needed a very specific window as soon as possible. Panes Window was the only company on the market able to produce and send me the window in the timing requested. The website is very well done with a lot of options and you can get someone to help if you need. You can pay an extra fee and get your windows produced faster if you are in a rush. Definitely recommend this company. Great experience.
