Jim arrived promptly as per the scheduled time. He was very thorough in his evaluation of the issue of the clothes dryer not drying properly and the amount of lint that was accumulating in and around the dryer. He looked at the entire venting system, from the dryer to the roof. He took pictures of the problem areas and explained in detail what work needed to be done. Jim was very conscientious and meticulous in his work. Such a pleasure and a rarity these days to have someone so focused on customer service and doing things right. When I booked the appointment the woman on the phone was very professional and explained how everything would happen once the technician arrived. The owner/operator of the company arrived right on time. I required a vent inside a wall to be secured and then an elbow piece to be attached coming out of the wall. The drywall had to be cut slightly to accommodate the repair. This work was needed so a new unitized washer/dryer could be vented. Before the work was started the owner/operator provided me with a written estimate and explained what had to be done. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very pleased with how it turned out. The price was very reasonable and matched the estimate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing vent repair or installation services. Great company. Very professional and knowledgeable.

James was very helpful and informative, upfront about costs and suggestions. No hidden cost surprises! We would completely recommend and use Dryer Vent Wizard again. It was great to see the before and after pictures, the difference was like night and day. We have never had our dryer vent cleaned in the 4 years we have lived here, and doubt very much that the previous owners did either, so we were pretty sure that this visit would likely cost a little more than just a regular clean. Given the age of the house and our non-regular maintenance, we chose to have the old mylar stuff replaced with metal and a new outside cover installed on top of the cleaning. We never felt pressured to do this and we could have opted not to switch anything out. The cleaning itself didn't cost any more than when we first called for a quote. We have a very long and convoluted venting path that reaches from one end of the house to the other, so our cleaning was a bit more than a house that just vents from basement to outside on the same wall. Drying times are much less and the dryer seems to work better! Thank you James!!

James did an execellent work cleaning the dryer duct. Now my dryer is working effeciently and takes less time to dry clothes perfectly.

Dryer vent replacement. James is an awesome meticulous craftsman, punctual, careful, explained all required work, I'm extremely pleased with the work and quality of the service. Work included cement coring, the original installation was done with vinyl venting which went brittle. This could have been a serious fire hazard. The new installation is metal and has a very direct vent out.

James told me all that needed to be done, took pictures of the problem areas, and proceeded to finish the work in a very timely manner!
