RMS Heating & Cooling recently replaced our natural gas furnace and air conditioner with a central heat pump system. Roberto explained how the central heat pump system works and the benefits of moving from natural gas to electric. The changeover was done efficiently and quickly. The workers were always cordial and informative. There were no surprises and our expectations were met.

Boiler failed. Roberto came over short notice and got the boiler up and running within a day. Wife was super happy, and that's all that matters.

Roberto did a creative, clean, and quality install/upgrade in my existing 45-yr-old house. He's a one-man company (with an apprentice) so you're not needing to deal with the estimator, project manager, and whoever they send out to do the actual work. He'll get your system installed and set up right, which takes time, and not just show up for 3 days to slap something in and then never hear from again.

We needed a new furnace, we have tenants so getting it done quickly was vital. The soonest the parts could be acquired was after a weekend. Roberto found the parts and was able to get the old furnace working to help us provide heat for ourselves and our tenants. On the Monday the install was done in one day and, debris was cleaned out of the home and the old furnace was taken away by someone who works for him. There was some debris left behind I assume the recycler didn’t want it all. But, Roberto followed up on Tuesday and came back and took care of it himself a very professional and appreciated touch. An excellent service and would use and endorse him as well.
