It took some time, but the problem was fixed. My concern is how difficult it was to get in touch with them - I understand that there was a family emergency at the time and that certainly would explain that, however, a call to let me know that they were not able to keep the appointment and a call back when they said they would call would have gone a long way. I hope this was an "one-of" for this otherwise great company.

At the end of the day, my washer is working, a service was provided and the cost was reasonable.

My Whirlpool washer spin cycle was not working, Technician came no experienced, did his check first visit paid $120.00, then he said needed a part i.e. child lock part, charged $201.00 (over charged) for the part, as I inquired and the part was less that what it was charged, then called again to let them know the part did not resolve the issue, the technician did not even call back, said he would but did not. I would not recommend this company. the reviews are not correct. The machine still does not work.

My fridge was building up with ice and not defrosting properly. They arrived on time and the repair was quick.

Vitaly the service tech, was excellent and repaired the washing machine in a timely and professional manner he even replaced the Hot and cold water hoses with new steel braided hoses.

My ,oven door did not open. Nothing was wrong with the oven, but still we could not do it. I called for service, in less then an hour the repair person came, solved the problem. We were not charged, just for the visit! The person was very pleasant and polite,

we called for service, guy (Vitali) came within 2 hour frame as promised, fixed our fridge issue - he was very professional. we are very happy and would call again if needed!

My washer wasn't draining properly, and on the positive side, the work was done in just half an hour. The unfortunate part was the outrageous price. I was quoted a reasonable amount for the diagnosis, and once on the premises, given a quote that seemed high. I asked how many hours labour it covered, thinking it was a major effort, and was simply told it was a flat rate. Had I known I would be ripped off for such a simple repair I would have refused. Never again.

We had a hot water issue with our washer. The technician was quick and thorough. He diagnosed the water issue and tested it to make sure it worked. 9 out of 10

Very helpful and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a creative solution. He also fixed our hood. Good work.
