My roof was not easy (steep pitches, gables, many angles, and large). So long as the roof keeps the water out for the next X years, I will remain satisfied and convinced I had a good deal.

Marks Roofing helped repair a long standing problem with our gutters. The rubber membrane wasnt performing and caused serious damage to our fascia boards. Marks Roofing replaced the membrane, facia boards, soffits and gutters. They also helped us source someone to paint the house. They were the utmost professionals in their workmanship, extremely polite and friendly and worked quickly and cleaned up at the end of each day. When the job was complete they waited until I did a good inspection and answered all questions that I had. The roofs look great and you could see that they all took pride in their work. My neighbours were very impressed with them as well for all the same reasons. And there was no debris in their yard at any time as they took great care when removing the old roof.
