Clean Air Canada Duct And Chimney

Work was well done, Arvin and partner were professional, helpful, thorough, happy to answer questions, clean, and came back promptly to address one small problem.

Arvin and his technician were kind, curteous, accommodating and informative. The job was bigger than originally anticipated/quoted (two furnaces) but they happily adjusted so it could all be completed at the same time. Would gladly use them again and just as happy to recommend.

We had our ducts cleaned by Clean Air Canada and were very satisfied with the service that was done. Arvin and his assistant were very professional, polite and on time. We would use their services again.

Arvin came for our duct and dryer cleaning and noticed that our dryer vent has missing features ( maybe due to our recent renovation) and encouraged us to call for a duct repair specialist and mentioned the importance of the repair. We called the repair service. The repairman mentioned that due to the missing part, the cleaning was not done completely and wanted to charge us extra to clean it. I called Arvin and he came back and cleaned it at no extra charge. I was speechless, first finding a hidden problem which might have been a safety hazard and then coming back an extra time at no charge to clean the vent.
