My hot water tank stopped working. They were able to figure out the problem quickly, get the needed part and had it up and running in no time. Service was very professional and friendly.

Had no hot water contacted Flow Master Plumbing, Dave and Amand were prompt to respond. After a quick diagnosis Dave was able to identify the the cause. The replacement part wasn’t available in Calgary, but was able to get one in Airdire. Dave had the nNG flow kit replace and working efficiently right away. Post work follow up have been fantastic.

We've been in the middle a kitchen reno acting as our own General Contractor, and have had to have things happen in a timely fashion to accommodate the scheduling of cabinets, electricians, permit etc. I called FlowMaster Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day, oversee all of the fixtures that needed to change positions and be upgraded. Dave and Amanda were able to problem solve some of the new locations on the fly while working around shifting duct-work and electrical, were efficient with their use of time and my bill as a result. They are really great people to work with and we will have them back for hooking up the sink, faucet and fridge when we get to that stage of the renovation.

Dave and Amanda are great to deal with. They arrive right on time and provided us with a detailed and reasonable invoice. Dave gave me options which I appreciated because I am detail oriented and particular. The work was meticulous and you can tell Dave takes pride in doing it right. He came back to double check everything before the inspector arrived. All worked great. I highly recommend them and would refer without hesitation.

Flow Master Plumbing started off informing me of updated Residential plumbing code requirements and sharing images of the type of valves that would be required. They came to site to make an informed estimate and with that estimate they supplied a very detailed breakdown of the work, both labor and parts, which allowed me to see where the money would be spent, which eased me, for a lot of time these small jobs come with a bit of sticker shock, their approach eased that. Flow Masters booked a date within a few days to do the work.
During their work they were not put off by all my questions and inquiries, which again eased me. They were in and out in the time that the estimated and even deducted some for parts not used due to some exiting items were able to remain. Flow Masters finished their work, cleaned everything up, moved things back into place and they were off.
I'm definitely keeping their contact information in case I have future plumbing needs.

Dave and Amanda at Flow Master Plumbing were great to deal with. Very accommodating in helping to arrange a warranty return on our behalf to save us for driving all around the city. We were thrilled with their punctuality and service, even found their fees very reasonable

We called Dave on a Saturday morning when we discovered a leak behind our bathroom wall downstairs. It was a very difficult spot to work in; however Dave completed the job with a positive attitude.
