We previously worked with other contractors and had bad experiences, but Leo was the polar opposite from them. He made design recommendations based on our style, helped us save money on materials through his connections, showed up and stayed from 8am-3pm everyday unless he had to pick up material on the way. He didn't try to juggle a bunch of jobs at the same time like most other contractors, where they would show up for an hour or two and then take off and not respond for days. Leo was always responding to us immediately and made sure we were happy with everything before he finished the job. The pricing was also very reasonable and always provided us with detailed breakdowns. Very reliable and trustworthy company, which is a hard quality to find in contractors these days! Many of my friends recommended others , but I had trust on this company owner Leo and started the job . They were on time , very methodical and finished the work on due date. All my friends who recommended other businesses were amazed by Leo’s workmanship. Every body show the floor told me ,Leo had done a best job ever, So my choice is right and my apartment looks so stylish , elegant because of Leo’ excellent and caring work. I think the name of Leo's company says it all - he really does take pride in his work, and he loves what he does. Leo and his crew did a complete renovation of two of our bathrooms and we are so happy with the results. In addition to their fantastic workmanship, they were very easy to work with - they were friendly and polite, tidy, respectful of our home, and their work was reasonably priced. They always informed me what time they would be back the next day and they were consistently on time. I don't know what more you could ask for! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I'm already thinking of having them back again to do our kitchen in the future. Thanks again Leo, Ryan and Jesse!

I would recommend Dutch Pride Reno’s to anyone. I was completely pleased with their work. They eliminated the mold on the bathroom walls and repainted, replaced the vanity and toilet, lifted up the old tile floor and replaced with vinyl planks, added a built in fan and pot lights, moved the electrical wires over and up to accommodate the new mirror. They made different suggestions that helped me to decide what works best. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and disposed of all garbage. They always kept me informed of everything they were doing and always let me know when they would be returning the next day. I love my new bathroom, thank you Dutch Pride.

Having them at our house for the past two weeks was an absolute treat, we really enjoyed them being here. And we hope that they are around in the future if we have any other work to be done. The owner of Dutch Pride, Leo, renovated 2 bathrooms from top to bottom- redid all plumbing, electrical, tiling, new vanity, toilet and fixtures. Then we also had him tile our kitchen and sitting room as a second project. Old flooring was removed and the floors were then tiled. Leo and his son in law, Ryan, were both very professional and friendly. When we would throw in unexpected things we wanted done there was never a hassle. As unforeseen problems arose (and there will always be unforeseen problems with any renovation), Leo and Ryan were able to handle them with ease and always found a way to stay on track with the project. Always showed up on time, kept the construction mess contained and cleaned up after the days work was complete. We are already thinking of other renovations we would like to do and, no questions asked, it will be Leo from Dutch Pride doing the work.
